My family has now entrusted National Cremation and Burial Society with the arrangements for our fourth family member, and I can honestly say that every single experience has been handled with professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness. A very special thank you to Alana Maus, who recently helped our family during yet another difficult loss. Alana was incredibly caring, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every detail. During such emotional and overwhelming times, having someone who truly listens, cares, and goes above and beyond to honor your loved one’s wishes means more than words can express. Each time we have worked with National Cremation in Ruskin, they have made one of life’s hardest moments as peaceful and manageable as possible. They truly do everything they can to help families carry out their loved one’s wishes with dignity, respect, and compassion. Everyone was so kind during my most difficult time of losing my mother. They were organized, efficient, but most of all kind. Not one person employed by National Cremation was ever abrupt or rude, which unfortunately is common in today’s world. They all seemed to go above and beyond and sincerely have sympathy and empathy. Our presenter, Terri McNeil, was incredible. She shared professionally with no hard sales pitch. She was extremely patient, thorough and personable. We chose our cremation package with our out of state adult children in mind. With future plans to continue travel, this program covers us wherever we may be. This was a huge plus in our decision.

I have been thinking about doing a burial plan for my husband and myself for years. Got a flyer in the mail for National Cremation for lunch meeting at a great local restaurant. Had the time so decided to go. The agent was very personable and knowledgeable. I like that National Cremation is local, but also covers me anywhere I travel. Like too that I can go online and upload pictures and get things ready.

My family & I were treated with compassion & kindness. They were most helpful with any information that we wanted or needed.

As I'm turning 70 and thinking of my future, did not want to leave a responsibility of my family not knowing what my wishes were. Michael came to my house made it an easy process and the price is less than I expected.

Everything was done with kindness and dignity. We were given options but not upsold. When the cremains were ready, a very serene room was set up with candles around the urn and I was given a private moment before the paperwork was to be signed. I was given all the paperwork I needed in order to travel by plane with the urn (I didn’t even know I would need it). Every detail was explained thoroughly. The team at this place is amazing! At a time when so much needs to be done that it can be overwhelming, they removed a great deal of stress.
