We highly recommend scheduling an appointment with National Cremation and Burial Society. Our experience was comfortable, informative, and included a delicious lunch. Our presenter, Terri McNeil, was incredible. She shared professionally with no hard sales pitch. She was extremely patient, thorough and personable. We chose our cremation package with our out of state adult children in mind. With future plans to continue travel, this program covers us wherever we may be. This was a huge plus in our decision.

Everyone was so kind during my most difficult time of losing my mother. They were organized, efficient, but most of all kind. Not one person employed by National Cremation was ever abrupt or rude, which unfortunately is common in today’s world. They all seemed to go above and beyond and sincerely have sympathy and empathy. It was truly remarkable.

We were able to plan and prepare in advance. This allowed us to not have to make decisions in our time of grief. We were comforted and handled with professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend.

I have been thinking about doing a burial plan for my husband and myself for years. Got a flyer in the mail for National Cremation for lunch meeting at a great local restaurant. Had the time so decided to go. The agent was very personable and knowledgeable. I like that National Cremation is local, but also covers me anywhere I travel. Like too that I can go online and upload pictures and get things ready.

The moment your world turns upside down; you can’t eat; you can’t sleep; you’re an emotion wreck and you don’t know which way is up … Yesenia and her team provide an exceptional level of care as you navigate through what lies ahead. They take their time and they’re sympathetic. It takes a certain kind of individual/team to work in this industry; to offer the warmth and kindness that we all need when executing the plans our loved ones asked for. Thank you Yesenia/team for being professional and yet offering personal support at a time when it’s most difficult.

Shane was quite helpful and pleasant without any high pressure sales techniques. My wife and I have spoke of cremation and expressed our desire to others however we never took the step to purchase the actual plan. My parents had listened to his presentation and were impressed. After my parents explained the various plans to us, we decided to go as a group, all four of us for clarification. Shane explained the options, explained the fees, explained the process, explained different payment options and did such a wonderful job we all four purchased plans. We found the costs to be trivial and easy to pay upfront. By pre-planning our own desires it will prevent our children from making decisions on our behalf. Overall I highly recommend Shane in Polk County, Florida.

They made handling my father's final details straightforward and simple. Never felt like I was being "sold" anything. Highly recommended.

They made a hard experience a little easier. The staff is wonderful and truly care. They not only walk you through the burial process, but they also take your hand as you are walking through the tough time and even give you a shoulder to cry on if you need or want it. I 100% recommend them to all who one day or another will have to deal with this experience. and By the way this is the first time that I have ever written a review that is how impressed I was and am with them.

Everything was done with kindness and dignity. We were given options but not upsold. When the cremains were ready, a very serene room was set up with candles around the urn and I was given a private moment before the paperwork was to be signed. I was given all the paperwork I needed in order to travel by plane with the urn (I didn’t even know I would need it). Every detail was explained thoroughly. The team at this place is amazing! At a time when so much needs to be done that it can be overwhelming, they removed a great deal of stress.
