I highly recommend National Cremation & Burial Society. I lost my mother to Alzheimer’s after a 6 year battle and Indira and the team were caring, friendly, & available to support all our requests. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with compassion, dignity, and genuine care. During one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced, the staff made everything feel a little lighter and more manageable. Indy was patient, respectful, and attentive to every detail, allowing us the space and support we needed to honor our mom’s life and memory. The facility was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, creating a comforting atmosphere for family and friends to gather, reflect, and celebrate her life. Every interaction was handled with kindness and professionalism, and it was clear that this is more than just a job to them — they truly care about the families they serve. We are deeply grateful for the love, support, and compassion shown to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold our mom’s memorial, and we will always remember the comfort they provided during such a tender time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Matthew was absolutely as accommodating as any director could be. He went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met and helped me to handle the process seamlessly. Such a smooth easy experience especially considering that I was handling much of the affairs from out of state. The timeliness of this experience which coincided with the coordination of the church service and Florida National Cemetery was excellent. Both times this year within four months, Matthew has been there to help me lay my aunt and uncle to rest.

I recently had occasion to need services of the National Cremation Society. They were “Johnny on the spot”, took care of all the arrangements for me and were extremely efficient and caring. Indira led me thru the process, was patient and understanding, made sure everything was taken care of and that I was ok. I really appreciated the attention they gave to the process and the after care they have provided the family. Losing a loved one is extremely difficult, but having them by your side to guide you thru it and make sure you are ok is just wonderful! Thank you Indira and Elizabeth!

Indira Lugo handled everything for the cremation of my father. We could not be more pleased with the professional manner in which Indira went about the entire process. The Customer Service provided by Magdalena was superb. Very reasonably priced, and did not try to talk me into purchasing anything that I did not want to. It’s nice to get such Customer Service when trying to make these type of arrangements. I highly recommend them.
