At a difficult time, working with Annie and the staff at National Cremation N. Ft. Myers made some aspects very easy. The facility is lovely and calm and the meeting room well appointed with visuals and samples. I really appreciated seeing all of the costs and options up front. Annie explained everything well and treated me with utmost dignity. Throughout the process of cremation and death certificates and final wishes I was advised and consulted. The interactive obituary provided was high quality and reached far away loved ones. There were absolutely no problems or issues working with the team and I appreciate the many ways they went above and beyond to provide an excellent and smooth process. Thank you, NC&B

Jill is amazing, I'm glad we found this place. We are truly grateful for every kind word, thank you. This place was like a light in our darkest time of need. Even picking up my dads ashes was set up so beautifully.

Lacey gave a clear presentation on cremation expenses, and while I had not expected to buy, I did. I had signed up for MN Cremation but not pre-paid. I may have paid $15 to get a $150 off later. However the base price seemed to have doubled. In looking around, I was surprised how similar all prices were, This is a good, large company, and I split my time between two states. Just decided to pre-pay so my death would be easier for my daughter to handle. Also went for the extra $599 for repatriation as I am out of country at least a month every year. It seemed a good rate for insurance against the high cost of shipping home a casket. Did not know that I could not be cremated first overseas. I do not buy travel insurance.

In a moment when everything seems scary and overwheming, Annie and Julie were my lifeline. The words they used were comforting in a way I didn't realize I needed. My wife was never away from me before, so to feel that she was being cared for and was safe meant the world to me. My experience with the team and the facility was peaceful and serene. No pressure about anything. They have even followed up with me to express their concern that I am doing ok. Such compassionate people. I was recommended to them and I will definitely be recommending them myself! Thank you Annie, Julie & Elizabeth. I will always consider you a very important part of my healing.

I cannot say enough good things about National Cremation and Burial Society. My husband and I bought our packages in June of 2022. My husband passed away in January of 2026. I called the number on his card and I felt relief from then until I picked his ashes afterword. Jill Eby is very informative and kind. She walked my sister and myself through every step of the process. I felt comfortable calling her with questions. They even called about a week after everything was done just to check on me. They put my mind at ease knowing they will be there for me when my time comes. Thank you so much, Linda Maier

Annie & employees at Nat'l Cremation Society really care about your feelings. They guide you through the process of "what to do next" when your loved one passes and you cannot think straight. When meeting with Funeral Director, Annie, you have a sense of quiet and calm in their tasteful Hancock Bridge Parkway facility. I feel so fortunate to have found the Natl' Cremation Society & started our end of life planning a year before my husband fell ill. The important decisions were made ahead of time. We were in good hands. Cynthia

Absolutely amazing people - Jill Eby is an absolute treasure. The entire staff made a very tough time go as smoothly and painlessly as possible with such compassion and generosity that it made me tear up on more than one occasion. They worked with me financially and never once tried to sell me on anything I didn't want. The private viewing they held was beautiful, far beyond anything I expected. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I am sharing my deepest appreciation to Annie O'Mara and the entire team who assisted me and my family during a difficult time handling my father's passing last month. Their compassionate approach and kindness goes beyond their crematory duties and responsibilities. Ms. Annie was very informative, responsive and effective in guiding my family and I with the cremation process and have given us ample and reasonable time during the decision making of crematory stages. I am very thankful with all the assistance we have received and highly recommends the North Fort Myers location. THANK YOU.

During the worst moment of my entire life, Jill and her team at National Cremation & Burial Society, helped me navigate the most difficult choices to help lay my husband to rest! They were professional and completely empathetic to my needs, they catered to my every need and then some. Through every challenging decision they took the time to let me cry if I needed to and waited patiently until I was ready to proceed! Their understanding, professionalism, and mostly importantly completely empathetic to my every need, made me feel loved! I'm so blessed to have found their service.
