National Cremation & Burial Society

My parents purchased National Cremation Society memberships ten years ago. When one of them passed recently the only thng I had to do was call NCS and they took care of everything. Everyone was compassionate, efficient and professional. Their service made a challenging time so much easier. My spouse and I will be joining too to simplify things for our own children when our time inevitably comes. Many thanks to NCS for all you do.

I recently utilized the services of National Cremation for my mother, due to the fantastic experience she experienced in 2020, when my father passed. The turnover from hospice went off without a hitch. The experience to set everything up was low key and extremely easy to complete. And the final piece to come is the coordination with Sarasota National Cemetery which has been flawless. Thank you so much National Cremation for your caring throughout and attention to detail!!

My Grandmother wanted to get her arrangements taken care and I found them online. Made the call and within a few hours someone returned my call. We set up an appointment for a few days later. Prior to the appointment, a representative (Michael Figueroa) reached out to confirm and let me know he would be the one visiting us. On the day of the appointment he texted to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, we sat down and went over the plans. He was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and attentive. We did not feel rushed as he took his time answering all of our questions and giving us everything we needed to make the correct decision for our grandmother. I honestly thought it was going to be something very somber and sad however, it was not. He kept it light and made my grandmother feel very comfortable. Overall from start to finish, this process was much smoother and easier than I expected. Great communication and kindness! Will be reaching out shortly to get my arrangements set up.

Very helpful. Kelly explain all the options very well did not try to push us to include things that we did not need. He handled the necessary paperwork for us and coordinated with funeral director in New York, where my mother is going to be buried. I called several funeral homes and the staff at National Cremation Society from the start was very helpful and informative and pleasant to work with . I would definitely recommend them for similar services.

Kelly made the entire process so easy during such a difficult time for our family. He's compassionate and simplified everything from the cremation to the memorial service. I'm so thankful for him and this place because it lessened the stress we were all dealing with during my Mom's passing. We are so appreciative!
