I purchased a Mazda from National Auto in April 2025. I've had the car for 6+ months and she's been a dream. No issues besides regular maintenance to mileage. The process to test drive and have the car inspected was super easy. My salesman, Abraham, didn't hang over my shoulder and was helpful with questions. They also didn't have a problem with me taking the car to another mechanic to get looked at. Definitely a great experience for me. Would highly recommend getting a car here !

If you want to buy a nice used vehicle without worry, this is the place. Yaya was great to deal with. Immediately felt like I was buying a car from a friend I could trust. I bought the car and immediately needed to load it up in their lot and drive 10 hours. The car drove flawlessly, the transaction went flawlessly. It all needed to work or I was screwed and these guys made it happen. The next time I’m looking for a vehicle I will be looking here first or potentially calling them to source me something. 5 stars only because I can’t give 6. ******

Went to purchase a more practical vehicle due to life changes.. showed up to look at a beautiful hyper green 6 speed jeep wrangler and gosh was it beautiful all around i had to buy the day of driving it! They were very respectful and kind. Had run into a few issues within first few days and they had me come back and fixed it no charge to me! Just picked up a 2010 Lexus IS250 from National Auto, and honestly, the whole experience was way better than I expected — super friendly, easy, and way smoother than my past car buys. I needed the tire monitor system sensors replaced. They did so quickly & at a reasonable price. They are always very kind, friendly & knowledgeable. My son has used them & has always been happy. They are now my go-to car service choice as well. Thank you for the excellent service.

Everyone at National Auto goes above and beyond with their services. We were a little worried about going to a dealership due to other places not disclosing problems with the car. Everyone was very open and honest about the car and it's condition and also provided the Carfax without us requesting it. We will be taking my car for service here and I would recommend anyone looking for a good quality vehicle to go to these guys.

Excellent people to work with! They gave me an honest quote and did a deep dive to find and solve the problem while still keeping the cost low. Friendly and great customer skills, They will be my repair shop for my vehicles now and in the future!

The best service dealership in Wisconsin period I did my brakes, Four brand new tires and the service was immaculate that I sat down. They offered me some drinks. They offered me Snacks the coffee bar was nice and at the end they checked the car thoroughly to make sure everything is good and they always give you recommendations for your service, but never be obligated to change it, Not pushy at all and very, very sweet love it will recommend I drove 30 minutes for them, and I will always do it again and again.

National Auto in Muskego is one of the best shops and dealers around,the teamwork has always been solid and professional. The guys here are honest, dependable, and truly care about customer service. It’s rare to find a shop that combines quality work, fair pricing, and good people, but National Auto does exactly that. Highly recommended.
