Cannot recommend them enough! I hit a beaver late at night and they were able to fix everything completely. They took care of all of the insurance processes, and were able to work with my insurance agent and fix it with my chosen parts. Paint match and fitment are on point, and they were also able to replace my transmission cooler that got damaged from the accident. I had a strict timeline for when I needed it done, and they were able to get it done early and gave me frequent updates. Really happy with the way everything turned out.

I am really glad to have my car repaired at National Auto Collision. Recently my dream car has been hit multiple times and I was devastated. But luckily Steve, Alex and all other staff here took great care of me. On day one they listen to all my concerns and gave me advice on how to proceed on fixing my car. I had to pay out of pocket but they were very fair about the price of the repair. They help work around my budget while maintains high quality work. Steve (owner) was great he made sure there was no surprise cost that popped up during the repair and even straightened out the under carriage panel and repainted it for free. After I got the vehicle, I was very happy. The car looked brand new. I can’t thank you enough. If you need any repair work please check them out. We signed up with this company to replace a door on one of our cars even though this company is located further from us than other car repair companies. And it was so worth it! I dealt with two very nice, polite people there during the process of exchanging information, and that process went smoothly and quickly. All of my questions were answered pretty much immediately, and the answers were easy to understand. A huge bonus was their transporting my car to and from their workplace on days and at times convenient for us due to our location. And the work they did was just beautiful. The car came back squeaky clean and looking new even though it is 12 years old. The main person I dealt with, Alex, is a perfectionist and extremely personable. Plus the bid was reasonable. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Steve, the owner is absolutely amazing. We’ve taken several of our vehicles in there for repair and every experience has been wonderful. They are extremely capable, quality of work very high, communication is superb. He keeps you informed along the way with any updates and cares about the customer experience. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, you will not be disappointed! We’ve received several quotes from other shops and nothing compares to National. Their quality and customer service is top notch and we will continue to refer all our family and friends to them.

My car was in a collision and needed the front light and fender replaced. The service they provided was excellent! Steve came out to my house and picked up my car and was available anytime I needed to call or text him. He dropped my car off at work and then took my rental car back for me. They did a great job on my car and you could not even tell it was in a collision. And they washed my car and also vacuum and cleaned the inside of car. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I called this place up to ask about quote for an accident that was being paid out of pocket by the at fault driver. They took a look at my car day of and got me a quote to work with. I had quotes with 3 other shops with similar action items but National Auto Collision had the best and reasonable pricing. All I had was a broken side mirror assy, minor dent on driver door, and damaged paint. After I dropped off the car on a Monday, they had it ready by Friday. So quick! Also, my car exterior was pretty dirty before I dropped it off and at pick up, the car was looking spotless. Alex was the man! Very helpful and he walked me through all the processes and explained to me the different options I can take to get my car fixed up and paid for by the at fault driver. Friendly and exceptional service.

Alex and all the folks at National Auto Collision went above and beyond to make sure I got the best repairs possible. I came in stressed about insurance and they were able figure everything out for me. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. If you ever need your car fixed, this is the place to go. as a young woman in my early twenties, i visited several auto body shops in kent after accidentally hitting a pole with my 2025 honda civic. since i was paying fully out of pocket without using insurance, i quickly realized many shops were giving me outrageously high quotes that didn’t match the actual damage. after a lot of research, i found national auto collision, and i’m so grateful i did. from the beginning, they were respectful, transparent, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling. they kept me informed every step of the way and clearly explained the repair process so i never felt confused or taken advantage of. when i picked up my car, i was blown away—it looked brand new, and i couldn’t even tell there had ever been any damage. on top of that, despite increased labor costs, they gave me a discount at the end and even took the time to explain how insurance works for future reference. they treated me with professionalism and care throughout the entire experience. i truly hope i won’t need their services again, but if i or anyone i know ever does, i’ll absolutely recommend national auto collision. thank you for your honesty, hospitality, and amazing work!

This place was awesome. Alex was the most helpful person. I needed an estimate on my car and he got me in same day and had my estimate done, start to finish, in 20 minutes. He was very helpful and even offered to help me out with the claim from the accident if I have any trouble with the insurance company. And he did for hardly anything. I told him i appreciated it and all he said is is my job and I would want the help I'm giving you. If you need body work done, go to national auto collision and ask for Alex and that man will help you. Always ask for Alex.
