Great experience with Naterra. Alexandros and his team handled wallpaper removal, plastering, and painting in our 1-bedroom house. The finish was clean, the plastering was smooth, and the overall result looks fantastic. The team was professional throughout and delivered exactly what they promised. Would definitely use them again, highly recommended.

Alexandros and his team did an outstanding job on my 2-bed flat (just over 1,000 sqft) in St. John’s Wood. The project involved painting the entire flat top to bottom — walls, ceilings, and doors — including high ceilings, as well as sanding and repainting the metallic window frames, removing old wallpaper, and installing a new wallpaper mural. The quality of the finish is exceptional. The paintwork is crisp and consistent throughout. The metallic window frames look like new, and the wallpaper was removed carefully without any damage to the walls. Alexandros was professional, reliable, and well organized. He protected all surfaces properly, kept everything tidy during the job. I’m genuinely delighted with the results and would highly recommend Alexandros to anyone looking for a skilled, meticulous decorator.

Alexandros and his team at Naterra have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Project: remove wallpaper, plaster, paint 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 hallway. Overall satisfied. Pros: 1. Workers are clean. 2. Quality of the product was good. 3. Hungry for more work. Cons: I reflected they could improve on client communication and they accepted. They will improve on that.

Alessandro is very reliable and did a wonderful job repairing our exterior entrance walls, matching the newly bought colour with the existing one with great care and painting the repaired walls, so they look like new. I would highly recommend Alessandro.

He helped us understand every step of the work, listened to all our needs and found the best materials we needed for our jobs (full house painting of walls and wooden doors, plus carpet replacement with engineered wood).
