Nate Brown is the absolute best. I reached out to Nate because a few people in my area had worked with him. He responded back quickly and out of the 4 estimates I received he was the most reasonable. My home had an electrical fire in December and was a total loss. Nate took care of the permits and the full demo and removal. He always kept us informed on the progress and everything was completed. Great price and results. Took down an old house that we acquired next to our home. Being in the city houses are tightly next to one another so demolition is always tricky especially on a busy street. Nate took the house down with ZERO dust, damage to adjacent houses and kept traffic humming along. Took care of ALL the city permit processes making this a zero hassle process. Found Nate through Angie’s List and he was great! Had them remove an old in ground pool in my backyard. Nate was very communicative and knowledgeable beforehand and his team worked really hard to complete the project in three days! It looks great and I’m excited to have a backyard finally. They even gave me a great add on price to re-gravel my driveway afterwards.
