Amazing work and service! Professional, communicative, helpful, friendly, on time, and very happy. My son was crushing rocks by my garden water lines last night and managed to crush and break the main pipe! Instant flooding like the top coming off a fire hydrant! I rushed to cut off the water and then scrambled to google trying to find someone to help me ASAP. I called one place which offered to come by in 2 days...ha! Then luckily called Natan and he responded immediately and said he'd be there in 1/2 hour! He came and looked at the problem. He said we could fix it now but the better and more responsible way and to do it right would be for him to get the right parts and replace the pipe line. He gave me a fair quote and was very honest about what he had to do, and said he'd be there first thing in the morning. Sure enough his colleague was back at 9am to fix it. He reviewed all the work with me when he was done and said to call him if there were any problems. The service came with a 1 year warranty. Though I am not all that happy with my son right now, I could not be more grateful to Natan and his team and will happily recommend them to anyone!

Natan did two projects for me this Spring. Installed my kitchen faucet - tight space was no problem. A week later replaced my water heater. Both jobs were professional, neat, prompt, and excellent pricing. I should know, I manage property. My go-to plumbers now!

Arthur was great and quick with the water filter installation. Work was clean and he explained everything after. He also provided an honest assessment of other plumbing related inspection in the house.

I had an underground leak that started in the late afternoon of Christmas Eve. I found Natan online and phoned him. He could not come that evening (I understood) but promised to come early the next morning (Christmas Day). He and his coworker located and capped the leak after removing a dense overgrowth of ferns and excavating down to the source adjacent to irrigation control valves. In the spirit of the season, they were both of good cheer and persevered until the immediate problem was solved. I am so appreciative.

My wife and I initially called Natan Plumbing because we had extremely low water pressure in our faucets. They sent out a plumber quickly and thoroughly inspected our situation. It turned out that we still had galvanized pipes in the system and they were corroding badly. We really liked Natan's team so we hired them to re-pipe our entire house, we’ve had them completely swapped out all galvanized pipes with new copper pipes. Their service, attitude, professionalism, communication and pricing are exceptional. The project was finished in 6 days; the entire progress was smooth. We worked with Mikhail and Max, they are down to earth, no B.S and very honest. They went above and beyond pretty much every step of the way. Their work is high quality and they put in a lot of care and details into their labor. In my honest opinion we would hire them again for all of our plumbing needs in the future and we will spread good words about Natan plumbing to our friends and family.
