Safety upgrade completed with the installation of an AirGas AirQuick seismic gas shut-off valve — designed to automatically stop the gas supply during seismic activity and help protect the home from potential gas leaks.
For this project, the existing gas piping was carefully reconfigured to allow for a proper code-compliant installation in the correct horizontal orientation required for reliable valve operation. All gas connections were professionally assembled, the system was fully leak-tested, and the piping was refinished for long-term protection and a clean professional appearance.
