Main Water Valve Replacement
For main water shutoff valve replacements, we typically use ProPress connections, as they provide a more reliable and consistent seal compared to traditional soldered joints. Our professional equipment allows us to work with copper piping ranging from ½ inch up to 2 inches, including less common sizes such as 1¼ inch and 1½ inch.
During the process, we carefully cut the existing main copper water line and properly prepare and clean the pipe ends. The water supply is briefly opened to flush out any debris or sediment from the line. Afterward, the new valve and required fittings are securely installed using ProPress technology, ensuring a strong, leak-free, and long-lasting connection.
