Amazing work and service! Professional, communicative, helpful, friendly, on time, and very happy. My son was crushing rocks by my garden water lines last night and managed to crush and break the main pipe! Instant flooding like the top coming off a fire hydrant! I rushed to cut off the water and then scrambled to google trying to find someone to help me ASAP. I called one place which offered to come by in 2 days...ha! Then luckily called Natan and he responded immediately and said he'd be there in 1/2 hour! He came and looked at the problem. He said we could fix it now but the better and more responsible way and to do it right would be for him to get the right parts and replace the pipe line. He gave me a fair quote and was very honest about what he had to do, and said he'd be there first thing in the morning. Sure enough his colleague was back at 9am to fix it. He reviewed all the work with me when he was done and said to call him if there were any problems. The service came with a 1 year warranty. Though I am not all that happy with my son right now, I could not be more grateful to Natan and his team and will happily recommend them to anyone!
