Nashville Tree Service NTS

We hired, Nashville Tree Service, (NTS) to help us with major tree pruning and tree removal. When I requested a quote, Jeffrey was fast to respond via text. When he came to review the work we needed done he was very thoughtful on the project. He listened to understand and at the same time he provided professional feedback for us so that we would not over cut our trees if not needed. Once agreed on the work to be done and price, we set a date, a time and the contract was sent. They have completed the work, they arrived on time and ready to work. Jeffery and his team were very kind, hard working and quick. I was just amazed on how tidy they were and how fast they cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company! The professionalism, work ethic and pricing is unparalleled. You will not be disappointed. We loved the outcome and the yard is ready for fall. Thank you NTS!

Jeff and his team were prompt professional and efficient. Within a few hours his crew came to our rescue after 6 trees fell down from severe wind and rain. Within 24 hours he and his crew cleared and pulled out all roots and discarded all fallen trees. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tree service

I made several calls to Jeffrey with a problematic issue about a tree limb falling on the roof of my house. He was very patient answering all my questions and concerns about the solution TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SErVICE!!! Absolute BEST customer service! I had a large tree down across my back yard… they had a few jobs before me but these guys actually came out and cut out a path to the alley (IN THE RAIN) just to allow me access to the alley and garbage can!! Is that customer service or what!?! The job is completed, tree removed and yard left pristine! These guys know what they’re doing and do it well!!

This is a really good company. Jeffrey and Brad did tree work for me, and then were contracted to place a culvert in drainage ditch. Work done was exemplary, and was done with pride as if they were doing the work on their own property. I am a very happy customer as the estimate was extremely fair, not to mention work was done on time and completed in a short amount of time. Would definitely recommend this company as I will use them again!

Nashville Tree Service was great! They came in with the best price and that included clean up when most companies wanted to charge extra for clean up. They were very fast to get me a quote and came out the next day to remove it. Removal went great and they were in and out in a handful of hours. Will definitely use them again!

Jeff did an amazing job trimming up these two trees! My yard looks 100X’s better!

After a tornado knocked over 4 trees in my yard blocking the driveway, they came out and surveyed the damage and quoted a price to clear the trees and put the pieces in the ditch out front. After they cleared the driveway, they asked for more money than the original quote (they had not put the tree in the ditch yet.) I offered my objection to the increase as they had surveyed everything in person in the daylight and they are the experts. The owner told me I was being "unfair." Finally, they did not do anything about the 4th tree that was down even though they had led me to believe we were discussing the price for clearing all the downed trees in the front yard. They came quickly and cleared the driveway, but every other aspect of dealing with this company was unprofessional. If you hire them, make sure you have all the specifics of what work they are going to do in writing and hold them to what they quote you. They certainly won't be getting my business again.
