On Sunday, February 1st, we returned from our trip to find our car would not start at BNA. Airport personnel attempted to jump it, but it wouldn’t budge. We hoped it was just the battery, but we really didn’t know.
We had driven from East Tennessee to fly out of BNA, and as AAA members for over 40 years, we called for assistance. Unfortunately, their projected arrival time was more than two hours. Since we were over two hours from home, we decided to wait inside the terminal. Shortly before the estimated arrival time, AAA pushed it back another two hours, which caused real concern—what if it kept getting delayed?
We began searching online and calling anyone we thought might help, with no success, until we connected with Nashville Mobile Road Service. They arrived within 20 minutes. Moe immediately went to work, (in frigid temperatures) replaced the battery, and had us back on the road. We finally made it home - how we wished we had initially called Nashville Mobile Road Service to begin with!
AAA truly disappointed us, but Moe and Nashville Mobile Road Service did not. Thank you for your prompt response, professionalism, and for getting us safely home!
