Narz was punctual, professional, and fixed my battery issue quickly. However, I’ve given two stars because I had to follow up for two months(2nd May to end of July) to get a tax invoice and warranty card. Despite many calls and even I offered I can collect a physical copy in Parramatta, he never sent them, citing "email issues and laptop issues".
Since I never received the invoice, my third-party insurance was cancelled as I couldn't provide proof of repair.
Great mechanic, but the lack of basic paperwork caused me significant issues.
Reply to Owner's comment: As I have told you several times through email, sms and calls in that 2 months of folloup, the invoice you sent is not accessible. That's why I asked for a physical copy, which you never shared.
