I thank God I found these apartments. I went through process online and it was easy and the property manager Julie was very responsive. I received my keys on the promised day. I didn’t get to see my apt before move in, but I was very happy with the inside . The outside is clean and quiet. Overall I am very satisfied and happy to have found this place . Best thing the property manager is COOL . You just don’t understand, how amazing it is to work with a people’s person property manager,I really appreciate her making this an easy process .

Lived here for almost a year with my roommate and bf. We had put in maintenance requests and it took them forever to get to it. We ended up fixing the issues ourselves. The manager had posted our rent to someone else’s rent 5 times AND would give us an eviction notice and then laugh it off when we told her we had paid rent. Manager was also hardly in the office. 90% of the time the sign would say they would be back the next day and the next day comes and they aren’t there. They hardly ever responded to emails or returned phone calls. I have caught them staring in our window if it was open. I did not feel comfortable living here. The apartments are so small and they charge way too much for them. They did nothing when we had complained out the people above us being loud. Arguing, slamming doors, stomping, and pounding on walls. This is just not the place to live. You should really look elsewhere if you want to make sure your place is taken care of and you want more space.

I've lived here for four years, and I have to say it's the best apartment experience I've ever had. Better than the more expensive fancier places where they have polished PR and a full office of staff waiting on you hand & foot. Narrows Ridge isn't fancy, but it is quaint, quiet, and a nice place to call home. The landlord is super attentive and friendly with everyone as far as I can tell, and I haven't had any problems with appliances, maintenance, bugs, mold anything. What small issues I did have were quickly responded to & dealt with. The rent is below average for the area & they don't seem to be a money grubbing corporation trying to raise it too quickly. The neighborhood is likewise quiet, simple and adequate, not too noisy or too far from conveniences, there have been a couple incidents of crime nearby but I don't think anyone has got hurt, and over 4 years that comes out to a pretty low average crime rate I think. Anyhow, Narrows Ridge is kind of a hidden gem, a nice quiet well kept community that I would regret leaving if/when I ever move out.

I have lived here for almost 2 yrs now and i have had the best experience, its quite, safe and clean , you have your own assigned parking at no extra cost . The complex manager Julie is so nice , her excellent customer service is the best and she is very friendly too. Their online services are incredible too.

We received possibly the best apartment tour experience after searching around 30 apartments around Tacoma. Julie was incredible and answered any questions or concerns we had without a single “I don’t know”. Fingers crossed the rest of the move in process goes as well!

Lived here years ago. Had a package mistakenly delivered here on September 25, 2023. When I checked with the current resident I was told she was the complex manager and had never received any kind of packages. The usps website shows package delivered to address and NEVER returned to sender.

I have lived here for a year and absolutely love it no issues no problems.just nice comfortable living.

This is a nice apartment complex with a wonderful on-site manager named Julie who runs the place in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

The new manager is doing a great job cleaning up the place.
