Fractured Root Canal Treated Tooth due to caries. Patient doesn’t wants to extract remaining tooth. So I planned post and core treatment option, firstly I did crown lengthening procedure with laser and immediately placed fibre post and core build up done. Patient recalled after 10 days to allow complete healing of Gum around the tooth structure. After complete healing of tissue, finishing of crown margin done and impression taken for Ceramic crown.
