I felt right at home ! The staff were cordial . The dentist assistance was helpful in explaining the procedure I'm pretty much put my fear's to rest by explaining the steps they would take for me! Dr. Casio very is nice! She too explain what would happen. In more detail . Explain how Technology has changed a lot compared to what they used to do in the past. teand a lazer.

Dr. Susan Cascino is outstanding! She performed a grafting procedure for me with amazing results, and this visit was a follow-up. She’s always professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their long-term oral health. I also met Jessica, the hygienist, for the first time today. She was precise, patient, and very thorough—yet gentle and friendly. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the cleaning. The entire team at Naperville Periodontics & Dental Implants is welcoming and professional. I’m so impressed with the level of care and would highly recommend Dr. Cascino and Jessica to anyone looking for exceptional periodontal treatment.

Excellent doctor, and staff. Very accommodating.They take all the time you need and the doctor explains issues in detail. Bonus, they have a sense of humor. (I had gone to a previous "perio" recommended by my dentist, and decided I needed a second opinion, Dr.Cascino was that second opinion, she is much more logical, reasonable, and I have stayed with her ever since.)

Even though my daughter was extremely anxious about coming in for an extraction, she felt at ease from the moment she walked in. She was greeted warmly by Pam and Kathy, which immediately helped calm her nerves. Diane did an amazing job assisting and made her feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Pizarek was wonderfully calming—he checked in often to make sure she was doing okay and put her completely at ease. When she got home, I asked how it went, and she said, “He would make a great kids’ doctor!” That says it all! Great job by everyone—we can’t say enough good things about the entire team at Naperville Perio!

My nurse to start was very efficient, knew her stuff. The Doctor came in and was cery structured. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail! Highly recommend!

Dr. Cascino is amazing. I had 2 gum grafting procedures. It went smoothly and I really had no pain because of her great technique. I highly recommend her. She is very thorough. My dentist highly recommended her based on the results he sees.

Staff was very professional and organized. Very friendly as well. Office had a great calming atmosphere. All my questions were answered. Would highly recommend even if it takes a little driving to get there.

Dr. Cascino is outstanding. She was extremely caring; sharing and explaining the knowledge about my dental problems. I felt I was being heard and encouraged to ask any questions. The tooth extraction was painless. I am planning to get further treatment - within a few weeks. Her staff- Becky; Diane and Cathy are outstanding. Diane, her dental hygienist explained in great detail about preventive care ( brushing; water pic; flossing ,etc.)

Dr. Cascino is outstanding. I went yesterday for the first time and it was a great , positive experience. She and her staff (Becky; Dianne -Dental hygienist - and Cathy ) all were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. I had a painless tooth extraction and will be returning soon for bone grafting and other procedures to keep my teeth healthy and strong.

Very thorough and professional. Explained everything well and left with a comprehensive plan. Dr Pezarek listens well, then presents well and clearly cares about finding good outcomes for patients without overselling results
