We stayed for a month it was a very good experience. The landlord Mr Rasa is polite humble and all the caretakers are very good. The place well maintained clean hygienic and safe beautiful surroundings you can see many peacocks.

Family Friendly place , with all amenities for stay particularly If you want to stay for longer periods like months. Right from food , milk till auto services they will help you. If you are in for treatment for nearby hospitals like Kmch etc then its a highly recommend place to stay. Pre furnished apartments with friendly owner right at your door step. Includes lift access also.

Nice place to stay for the official visits to Coimbatore. Located behind the Coimbatore airport runway. Lot of peacock can be seen from the balconies. Local park is nearby for a small walk around. Food and drinks are not available at the place.

Nandanam Homes offers spacious and well-furnished apartments ideal for families seeking a quiet retreat. Located just 2 km from Coimbatore International Airport , the property provides a serene environment with scenic views of the airport runway and a delightful presence of peacocks in the vicinity. However, being situated slightly on the outskirts of the city, it may not be the most convenient option for travelers without personal transportation.

Hi the building from outside is looking good. Lift facility and car parking is ok, but the rooms are very compact that we cannot walk in between cupboards. There is no exhaust in restrooms. Mainly for usage of equipments in kitchen and can water additional amount needed to be paid. For 1 double room and 1 triple room home they charged 4700 and for water per can 50 rs and for using kitchen appliances 800. It is very expensive when compared to other service apartments. I don't recommend this stay in future. There are Many stays walkable to mainroads.

I would rate this place a 5 star. We stayed here for a good 8 months for a medical treatment. Just love this place, mainly because of the host being too nice and helpful in everything and it is a very safe place to stay. They treated the guest like their own family- a very big thank you to the owner. The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything for both long term and short term stay. Will definitely come back to this place when we get a chance again. The BEST hospitality in Coimbatore!!!

Ideal Stay Near KMCH After my father's surgery at KMCH, we rented a fully furnished 2BHK apartment with AC at Nandanam Homes for a month(1BHK & 2BHK with and without AC are the options available). The location was extremely convenient, with the hospital just a short distance away—cab rides cost us less than ₹100 each time. The property was well maintained, with a dedicated room service team available 24/7. Amenities such as a TV, fridge, shared washing machine, geyser, and furniture were all in excellent condition. Since my parents stayed alone on weekdays, the service staff took great care of them. We also had the option of hiring maids for cooking and cleaning at an additional cost, which made things even more convenient. The owner, who lived on the premises, was always helpful and approachable. Although the pricing is on the higher side, the combination of location, service, and support makes this an excellent choice for anyone needing a stay near KMCH.

Had booked this service apartment for our guests for 3 days stay. Very nice apartment, good people, well maintained one at moderate tariff.

I have stay in Nadanam homes for a month. The place is very safety . And The owner of the house is very humble and kind to all of us . He did many facilities by based on our request.. The Homes was very clean and neat. The working staffs(Akkas) of the house is so sweet. Very comfortable experience on the house.The Home is near to hospitals and restaurants.Best hospitality to both families and friends...
