I recently got nano brows done at Namu House and had a wonderful experience! The studio was extremely professional and clean. The artist took their time to make sure I was completely happy with my results, and their attention to detail really shows. I also appreciated how clearly they communicated throughout the whole process, explaining each step and checking in to make sure I felt comfortable. I absolutely love how my brows turned out and would highly recommend this place to anyone considering nano brows.

I had a really positive experience at Namu House, very professional and friendly service and Bebe is lovely she really took her time to understand what colours I like and how I want my lips to look. The procedure wasn't very painful (well, a little bit) but a numbing cream was used and it is manageable. The result looks good so far, it'll take some time to fully heal and reveal the colour but I'm very pleased with how it went and I'd highly recommend. 💛

I had the most amazing experience at Namu - Alena did my eyelash extensions (Japanese feathering) and they are stunning! So natural and lasted ages. I also had my eyebrows microbladed, they are now healed and look perfect! I can't recommend them enough. Great customer service and a lovely location.

It's taken me a while to do a proper research and decide to get my brows and lips done for the first time. I am beyond grateful for the experience at Namu and so so pleased with the results! I wanted a natural, efortless look and the results are just amazing. The team has been so patient through the consultation and the session - lots of expert advice, care and professionalism. 100% would recommend if you‘ve been looking for a permanent makeup practice as Namu House does everything right! Just like in South Korea, they cater to your needs and really take their time with each and every client. I got my brows micro-bladed and the technician who was scouted all the way from Korea made sure I was 100% happy with the result before we finished up. The ambience is super calming and relaxing which is always a plus 🤍

The studio itself is lovely and my appointment experience was professional. However, I feel the value for money is extremely poor and so is the customer service following the treatment. I paid £575 for a lip blush, and the colour has faded significantly since healing - patchy and not matching the reference photos I provided. Now, the touch-up would cost an additional £275, which feels unreasonable given the premium I already paid and it’s more of a follow-up to adjust the colour accordingly now that it’s healed. The owner was responsive initially, but has stopped replying despite my concerns. Overall, while the studio experience was good, I cannot recommend them based on the result and lack of follow-up support or commitment to customer satisfaction.

I had a truly lovely experience at Namu House getting lip blush — the technicians are professional and masters of their craft, I left with a really subtle but beautiful pink colour and shaping that fixed specific insecurities I had. The studio itself is clean and conveniently located, and the studio’s owners are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming and took time to explain the full procedure to me beforehand and could answer any questions I had, which was very reassuring as it’s my first time getting any sort of semi permanent makeup done. The colour faded from the initial bright pink to a beautiful, natural pink that gets me constant compliments and people are always impressed to know that I had lip blush done as they say they can’t tell at all since it all looks so natural, and their conceptions of it are usually badly tattooed lip liner (which you won’t get here!). I genuinely can’t recommend them enough!

namu house is a stunning, open plan loft in the heart of Fitrovia. the clinic is clear, calm and quiet - away from the hustle and bustle of london and the perfect setting for any treatment. after a consultation on the colour and style i wanted, i was given a korean lip blush. the artist was incredible and gave me a semi-overlip, mimicking the effect of filler without the worry of migration. if you’re considering a botox lip flip or lip filler, i’d highly recommend the lip blush at namu house first before you try injectables. my lips are swollen in the picture as it was straight after the treatment, but overall the pain was minimal and you’re given topical numbing cream beforehand. the owner of namu house is lovely, knowledgeable and attentive; choosing expert artists and beauty therapists. arrebol did my lip blush, she specialises in discolouration and hyperpigmentation and is highly skilled. i lay back and listened to a few podcasts as the treatment was around two hours long. arrebol also had the most insane lash lift! which the salon offers as well. if you’re looking for a natural, clean girl aesthetic, namu house is offering a style that is hard to come by in the UK 💖💖💖

Such a lovely studio with the kindest most thoughtful staff. My mum came in to get her eyebrows done, and they were incredibly considerate of her condition while making sure she achieved the results she wanted. She was absolutely delighted with the outcome.
