Our family was in need of getting a hot water tank replaced and our friends recommended that we call Nall's Plumbing. Whenever I called we were scheduled for the very next day! They showed up on time, very professional, answered all my questions and the price was great! Definitely will use them for future plumbing needs at our home.

Nall’s Plumbing did excellent work for us. Prior to purchasing a house, a new septic install was completed by the seller. During tours of the house and the home inspection (prior to the new septic install,) there was no septic smell in the basement. Upon moving in (after the septic install,) we had a septic odor in the basement that fluctuated from mild to terrible over the course of many months. The septic company was not helpful in resolving the issue or guiding us to a solution. We had plumbers and drain companies look at the issue. Ultimately Magic City Drain checked the issue at no charge and referred us to Nall’s Plumbing as the scope of the issue was beyond the services they provide. Nall’s Plumbing took the time to troubleshoot the problem, discussed multiple solutions with us, and resolved the smell. Further, they corrected the problem with high quality craftsmanship and respect for our property removing materials and cleaning up the job site thoroughly. I am so thankful for their patience in figuring out the problem as it was starting to feel unsolvable and at the same time unbearable. I highly recommend Nall's Plumbing!

Nall's was recommended through a friend. I could not have been happier! My first phone call was returned within hours. The appointment was set up for the next day. I had a refrigerator water line run, a gas line run and also a new spigot installed. Dan and Nick were right on time. They could not have been any more polite, hardworking, very neat workers, and were so very patient with my 2 puppies! They actually noticed a plumbing problem that I was unaware of. Dan explained the problem in detail so that I would be able to understand. You cannot go wrong with Nall's. I feel like I hit the jackpot!

Nall’s Plumbing exceeded our expectations. We needed all the pipes in our basement updated from the 100 year old galvanized to cpvc, as well as a new spigot installed. The crew was highly professional and courteous. They did not mind my younger kids watching them while they worked, and they even talked with the kids and made them feel important. They got the work done quickly and they came in on the low end of the quoted price range, which has never happened before with anyone we’ve hired to do work on our house. They cleaned up as they went along and while waiting for the glue to dry at the end of the project, they were even cleaning up mess that wasn’t theirs. Things like wiping off the top of the water heater and sweeping off the work bench. Just all-around great people in addition to being great at what they do. I highly recommend Nall’s Plumbing!

Before they came my shower working beautifully. After they replaced my water heater. My shower no longer worked. After 10 hours and an additional $900 they left. I soon discovered that they broke the housing that holds the handheld shower head. I would not be writing this review, however after contacting Nalls Pluming they didn't repair the damage that they did to my shower.

I called several plumbing companies trying to get someone to run plumbing from an old sink to a new island sink, run a gas line for a new range and replace a fridge line. After getting several companies telling me they wouldn't take on the job, Nall's confirmed they would. They called days before to confirm the appointment, and the plumber showed up between 8-8:30 like they said. The job wound up being much more complex than I had imagined, with plumbing needing to be run through a crawl space, above and around HVAC ductwork, through several joists, etc. It ended up taking two full days and I couldn't be happier with the work. Everything looks very clean and he explained exactly what he did and how to connect things once I have the counters and sink installed. If you need a plumber, call Nall's first. I'm going to be adding a bathroom in the future and will absolutely be calling them.

Had 2 different plumbers out from this company. The toilet was clogged. First guy came out and couldnt figure it out. Second guy came out but did not have proper tools to install toilet correctly back to floor. Put a wax ring in with no flange and what do you know it leaked. They said they would make a third trip back to fix it. I went to home depot bought a wax ring with a rubber flange for good drainage and put it in. No leaks and ony took me 20 minutes and a 7/16 wrench. Not very professional. Hope they do better elsewhere.

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now. We needed a toilet replaced at a rental ASAP and Nall's Plumbing helped us that day. I was very impressed with the professionalism and politeness of AJ. Will definitely will be using Nall's again.
