अहम् (Represented as अहं in the Shloka because of joining rules)=I (self)
ब्रह्म=The primordial force, the total sum of the whole creation, God
अस्मि=am (To understand better, consider this: अहम्+अस्मि=अहमस्मि=I am)
The Trishul is a symbol of power; hence many people tend to have it on their bodies to show their power or control over their own lives.
It can also be used as a symbol of protection, as the gods used the original Trishul to protect their followers from evil. Rudraksha (IAST: rudrākṣa) refers to a stonefruit, the dried stones of which are used as prayer beads by Hindus (especially Shaivas), as well as by Buddhists and Sikhs. When they are ripe, rudraksha stones are covered by an inedible blue outer fruit so they are sometimes called "blueberry beads".
So the client wanted a Customized Ahambrahmasmi with trishul and rudraksh tattoo so we sketched this for him and after the completion of the tattoo, the client was happy.
