Salmon delicious! Grass fed beef sumptuous! Charred chicken tasty. There’s usually a buy one get one free option so I usually do that with my partner and I add in a little grass fed beef and salmon this way we have an all-around amazing plate of food. I would recommend this restaurant for healthy eating and quality ingredients.

We were in Sarasota for the weekend and decided to stop by for dinner. My husband ordered the Faroe Island Salmon for his protein and I ordered the Honey BBQ Chicken. He said the salmon was phenomenal, and I enjoyed the chicken as well. We also ordered a bunch of vegetables on the side. The cucumbers were my favorite side and I did not care for mac & cheese. This is a cafeteria style restaurant, not full service. It’s not clear one the website, so I thought I would mention this. The food is kind of pricey, but for the portion sizes we received and the quality of the food, I think it’s worth it. I wish we lived locally, because we would definitely eat here often. Highly recommend your stop by and give it a try!
