Nails TLC ( UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT )

Great customer service, conversation, environment, attitudes, and overall experience. I get exactly what I ask for each time and leave feeling amazing. Very flexible with their hours and extremely friendly. This business should get a 20 out of 20! So grateful I came across this salon.

I Went into the nail salon on a Sunday, as I walked in I was greeted and seated down immediately. I initially thought I wanted acrylic nails but actually decided to keep them natural. I’m highly satisfied with the outcome. My tech name was peter. He was very friendly and professional. Staff also offered me a complimentary beverage and I decided to have bottled water while sitting. Very nice setting.

This Under New Management Nails TLC is absolutely horrible. I paid $64 for a simple gel nails no tips and it started chipping within 3 to 4 days. I went back to get it fixed for three nails and the rude manager there now said that no they could not fix it nowhere and no other nail shop ever fixes their mistakes for free. I told him for as much money as I paid my nails are supposed to last at a minimum for 3 weeks. I told him nowhere have I gone in my nails have not lasted three to four weeks at a minimum. He was rude and I don't know where the original owner of this shop is now but I'm done here. I have been coming here since my daughter was in 7th and 8th grade she is 27 years old now. This was a place my husband even felt comfortable coming for pedicures every once in a blue moon. We will never come here again. And the out come or whether the Fallout of the rudeness and the lack of skills that this current management have will definitely reflect in the lack of returning customers. They not they the skinny older gentleman is the problem. He needs to be out of there. And the other workers just need more training. But they were very kind.

I came in for a gel manicure and was immediately greeted and seated. All the staff were very welcoming, sociable, and professional. I received a manicure that was very detailed in cleaning my nails and also very identical to the inspo picture I showed them. I also noticed the cleanliness of how they use their tools and keep the salon. I would definitely recommend.

I have been here twice after just moving to the area. The first time the gentleman did my nails, SNS, and they came out good and lasted for 4 weeks. So I came back and the second time was a totally different experience. I got a pedicure and SNS, which the woman who did my pedicure was so sweet and did a great job, but the other woman who did my SNS did not do the SNS correctly. They broke within two weeks, and she kept rushing me to pick a color so I eventually just said white because my nails were soaking and I couldn't look through the books to see what I wanted. She used a completely different technique for SNS that I have never seen before so I don't think she was properly trained in SNS. I made an appointment so they should've had someone properly trained available for my appointment.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and Dominic has always taken care of me. He takes his time everytime and will make sure your nails or toes look perfect before you leave. He is so passionate about his craft and I appreciate that.

Props to new management! Service was so nice! I came in for a full set acrylic with Danny. He’s so funny and quick with it. Left feeling happy ☺️

My experience at Nails TLC was great. It was my first time. I had an appointment at 4pm and they were ready for me. I was happy with the service I received and the technicians were professional.

New management did a great job. The renovations look chic and modern. Came in for a gel manicure with some design, they came out so cute and lovely. The nail tech was so nice. I can’t stop looking at my nails

I got my nails done here by the older guy and not only were they uneven, most of the tips put on didn’t fit my nails and when I went back to ask for a fix, I got attitude!! From the younger guy. Needless to say I got up and left
