My daughter and I made apps here last minute, so I thought I was lucky to have found someone since we had an unplanned serious family event for the next day. My daughter had Duc he did an amazing job. Hers were medium-length acrylics with charms. They asked me if the 60$ in charms was okay bringing her total to 150. I got Theresa & I wanted a black gel manicure w/few snowflakes but no manicures were given. She came off rude, with no chit chat, no interaction unless I asked a question very cold, etc. (Just adds to uncomfortableness especially if I have to say I don't like them)Theresa then said black would chip off easier so I ended up doing black dip and got my tips cut short. I didn't like the shape of them so I built up the nerve to say I didn't like the shape and even gave her 20$ bc I felt bad for saying something. She ignored the inspo Pic. I showed her the designs I liked except the candy cane nail. Don't like it. She did it anyway. When I said this snowflake looks blurry, she said no it looks great. Also, they didn't put or offer the lotion & mini hand massage. Just 100% unhappy. While sitting next to my kid waiting for her to finish, her tech said they weren't very good and for me to tell the owner or manager. I hate saying anything bc I always feel like it's my fault or I feel bad for mentioning etc. But, I told myself I had to speak up. I said to the manager that I didn't like them, they're flat and lumpy and misshapen straight up ugly and she said "Oh that's bc of your nails, they look fine" 😡 yet another reason I don't like to say anything. Begrudgingly go to the counter they say cash 242 or card 267. I was confused. Yes, my kids were 150 but 100 for mine? They charged me for length on mine which I don't get unless their definition of length is any tip put on at all. I am also going to include a few pics of my nails previously done to show my nails aren't the issue here. Those are my 100% real nails in the other pics. I'm sick of nail places like this. Making what is supposed to make you feel good, a lil self-care pampering break into a scam just out for the most $

I live out of state and was in town for a trip, not knowing the salon situation in New Albany, I was delighted to have found this place. Very happy with my nails. The gentlemen did a really great job. The place is well kept, clean. I did call a head, they were pretty busy. The color is call Dewy Daisy by DND, I added a bit of sparkle on top.

Ann is amazing! She executes every design I bring her and makes it flawless!! I love that I have found her and she makes my nail experience great! I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails and recommending her to others!!

This nail salon is fabulous! The nail artist, Kelly, did a fantastic job removing the acrylic nails that had been done by another nail shop. She helped me pick a color for gel nails. Then, she shaped them exactly as I had requested. She gave me honest feedback on what would work best for the color I had chosen. I had wanted to put Chrome over the color. She let me know it would ruin the look of the color and told me that Chrome is best on lighter colors. I really appreciated the honesty. Mike, the owner was also incredible. He was very open to My autistic daughter coming in to get her nails done for the first time. He even offered one of the private rooms that we can sit in so that she will not be affected by sensory overload. I will definitely continue coming to the salon!

I was looking for a new nail salon. I walked in here with no appointment. I was nicely greeted and taken back with in 5 minutes of being there. My tech was nice and accurately did my nails exactly how I wanted them. I am so happy with my nails and will be going back!

Ruby is AMAZING! I have never had any manicure (gel or dip) last as long as they do than when Ruby does my nails. She shapes them exactly how I like them & is very helpful with picking a color that goes well with my skin tone (I get very overwhelmed trying to pick a color). She is also incredibly sweet!

Dorothy = perfection! I have been to numerous places for dip and gel manicures for over 10 years and the gel manicure I received from Dorothy is THE BEST manicure I have ever had!

Vinc is my nail tech at new Albany nails and she never disappoints. She’s always up for whatever design I want and is happy to do it.

I had RUBY - not only was this pne of the only pain free manicures, I had a full set removed and added. Then acrylic and gel polish. Her bedside manner was incredible and it was so clean. I am not from town but will plan to get them done by her again! Run, don’t walk. They are busy… but man this place is worth it !

The nails are nice but the prices are inconsistent. Every time I’ve gone the prices have gone up $10. At my latest appointment I was charged $74 for a balance four days later my daughter was charged $88 for a balance with no nail art for either of us. I would pay this price for a higher quality salon with a better consumer experience but I won’t return here.
