This was my first visit to the salon, and I have to say the location is beautiful. I stopped in on a Sunday as a walk-in since appointments are not accepted. I requested an acrylic fill and a manicure and waited about 30 minutes before being seated with Jett.
Unfortunately, the experience became frustrating from that point on. I felt like my requests were not being heard and there was little effort made to accommodate what I wanted. My request was very simple: an acrylic fill with a clear coat on top. I also requested a manicure, but I did not receive one. My cuticles were quickly trimmed, but they were not properly cleaned up, and my nail beds actually looked worse when I left than when I arrived. Two cuticles were cut too short and bled during the service.
The acrylic application was uneven, and the lengths of my nails do not match. My hands honestly look like they were done by two different technicians. The entire appointment felt rushed, and it seemed like finishing quickly was a higher priority than the quality of the work.
I spent more time waiting than I did receiving the service, and for a $90 appointment, I expected a much better experience. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not return or recommend the salon based on this visit.
