Gave 1 stars because of the aesthetics, but as far as the service itself…TRASH!!!🤬literally one of the worst pedicures I’ve had, just a disappointing experience. The lady skipped steps, no cuticle work, barely exfoliated/scrubbed my feet at all. All she did was clipped and polished my toenails, definitely not worth the $60 I spent. And then to have the nerve to expect a tip😡 my tip is do better and brush up on the process of completing a pedicure like they taught in school instead of rushing through services. This was made by a person who holds a valid nail license.

This was my first visit to the salon, and I have to say the location is beautiful. I stopped in on a Sunday as a walk-in since appointments are not accepted. I requested an acrylic fill and a manicure and waited about 30 minutes before being seated with Jett. Unfortunately, the experience became frustrating from that point on. I felt like my requests were not being heard and there was little effort made to accommodate what I wanted. My request was very simple: an acrylic fill with a clear coat on top. I also requested a manicure, but I did not receive one. My cuticles were quickly trimmed, but they were not properly cleaned up, and my nail beds actually looked worse when I left than when I arrived. Two cuticles were cut too short and bled during the service. The acrylic application was uneven, and the lengths of my nails do not match. My hands honestly look like they were done by two different technicians. The entire appointment felt rushed, and it seemed like finishing quickly was a higher priority than the quality of the work. I spent more time waiting than I did receiving the service, and for a $90 appointment, I expected a much better experience. Overall, I was very disappointed and would not return or recommend the salon based on this visit.

Absolutely love this salon! The space is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, making every appointment feel like a treat. The entire team is friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Jett consistently does amazing work and pays such close attention to detail. My nails always look flawless, and I leave feeling so happy with the results.

Came in for another pedicure at Nails of New Albany during the snow storm, and was very fortunate to have Grace be my technician. Ive many pedicures over my lifetime, but this one was exceptional. Grace's skillset was phenomenal from the time I sat in the chair, to the wonderful massage at the end. If you are looking for the consummate pedicure/massage, do yourself a favor and mention her as your tech...you can thank me later.!! Donnie.... 😎

I called to make an appointment for my Mom who has Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. She is in a wheelchair so I requested a chair that may be easier for her to get into. I said I had zero time or date restrictions. The owner told me they were too busy to accommodate us on ANY day. I have been a regular customer and have been bringing my daughters here since they opened. We will not be back. Side note: I think they also have about 15 pedicure chairs.

I went today with my 8 year old daughter as walk-ins. I’m due to have a baby any day and wanted a little special mother-daughter time before baby comes. I asked if they took walk-ins and they said yes but it was evident as more people came in after us asking for appointments that they didn’t really have staff to support it properly. We were happy to wait and were taken back after 5 minutes or so. It’s a nice place and our nails look fine but it was the most rushed pedicure I’ve ever had. I got their basic pedicure for my daughter and upgraded mine to get a mud masque and massage. It was hardly a massage and everything was just super rushed. I wish if they hadn’t had time to properly do the service, they would have just been honest and said they didn’t have time. When we were done we were rushed to the front to dry and I asked if we could sit in the massage chairs together at least a little longer and they said no. Overall just wasn’t an experience, just a rushed service. Like I said, our nails look fine - but I just feel like for the cost it wasn’t worth it overall and am sad to not have had more quality time with my daughter as I hoped.

I’ve been going to Nails of New Albany for over 5 years. They have the best nail tech. I never lose a nail when he does my acrylics and they lost longer than anyone that has ever done them!!! They look perfect every time 🤩

I got the top tier pedicure and had Dorothy as my technician. She was great! She was very detail oriented with my cuticle care and nail shaping and gave probably the best foot massage I’ve ever had. The salon was so clean, I even watched them cleaning up after another client’s pedicure ended and they scrubbed the crap out of the tub, removed the stopper and scrubbed that, sanitized the chair and arm rests and even mopped the floor around the tub and chair. I was really impressed with how all the employees seemed to just pitch in and help get things done for each other, it felt so professional. I had an exceptional experience and will for sure be back to see Dorothy!

I live out of state and was in town for a trip, not knowing the salon situation in New Albany, I was delighted to have found this place. Very happy with my nails. The gentlemen did a really great job. The place is well kept, clean. I did call a head, they were pretty busy. The color is call Dewy Daisy by DND, I added a bit of sparkle on top.
