I bought a used Corolla Cross from Diomar and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. He was so upfront, patient, honest and personable. The dealership is modern and their inventory is huge. I am 100% a satisfied customer.

I went for a service and my steering wheel ended up mutilated and the dealer did not take responsibility. A new car had its steering wheel damaged and I immediately made a claim and nothing happened. If you do not want your car mutilated, do not take it. I used to take the car here before but after today, never again.

Very good service, they do not practice up sales, they do not push you to get anything that’s not necessary. Fair practices! Highly recommend Mr. Alvarado but I guess he’s now at another location!

Sad to say that the salesman was not very interested in showing cars. We were asking questions, doing our homework. Since we were not going to purchase on that day and because what we were interested in had a "recall"... He just said take a look, and he walked away, so we left. He was only interested in the day sale, not the future. He could of tried to pursuade me to purchase something else. What do you think? 🤔
