From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. The ambiance was clean, modern and comfortable. The variety of soup bases was impressive, and the ingredients were fresh and well-prepped. I especially loved the marinated meats and homemade sauces, full of flavour! The refill system was smooth, and everything was served promptly. Staff were attentive, especially Mastafa, keep asking if i need a refill of meat every 10 minutes. In fact two of them taking turns to come to my table keep checking and asking if i need anything else. Best part? It’s value for money. You get a premium hotpot experience without breaking the bank. Plus, you get to spin the wheel for a free meal! Highly recommend if you’re craving hotpot in Setapak. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a great dining experience at Nabe Hot Pot Setapak Sentral! The ingredients were fresh, the soup bases were flavourful, and the variety was definitely worth the buffet price. The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. But the best part was the staff. They were super attentive, always checking if we needed refills, clearing plates quickly and helping us with recommendations. Was feeling starved and needed something satisfying 😵 Our family wanted to try Nabe Hotpot & Sukiyaki for the longest time and finally had the opportunity today. The food was top-tier, not only was the refillable food and drinks unlimited, but everything was fresh and up to par! Many varieties ranging from the fresh food choices to the delicacies 😋 Our personal favourites were their beef and lamb paired with the tom yum and miso soup! As for the desserts, we enjoyed their waffles and ice cream— specifically their blue seasalt one 🌊🪼 As for the staffs? Wonderful service and very attentive to their customer’s needs. Dare I say they were much worried if we weren’t filling up 🤣 Chan, Ryan and Sharon attended us throughout and it was the best experience! Cleanliness of the place was very plausible as well as they ensured everything was up to standard. Props to everyone and the staff there!! 👏 Definitely a 10/10 recommended buffet review from me and my family. We’ll definitely come by again to try out other things 😄🙌

Last night I was having dinner with my sister and friend. We were having fun. The food was delicious. After all, we cook it on our own. This is my second time coming here but a different place. Before this I'm having it at Mytown. I love this outlet because it's near my home, the service was great. Every 20 minutes they make sure my table is clear from the cute cup. I can add as many lambs(my fav) as I want. They even ask if I would like to have my ice cream as dessert since I can't get out of my seat. Hahaha. The waffle was fantastic. I'm having a great time 😁 Definitely recommend this place to everyone. If you were lucky, perhaps you can eat for free 😜
