We had a very comfortable and lovely journey throughout our trip. The Urbania vehicle was extremely well maintained, clean, and smooth, which made long travel hours very pleasant. Our driver, Ketan Bhai, was friendly, trustworthy, and always calm and composed—especially important for us as we were traveling with toddlers. His patience and cool nature made us feel relaxed and safe at all times. He was always punctual and drove with great ease, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey. He also guided us well about sightseeing plans and was very helpful in suggesting the right food joints along the way. Overall, Ketan Bhai truly made our trip memorable. Shaandaar experience. Ketan was a highly experienced driver and guide. Honestly, he was well versed with all the routes, knew exactly what was required for families (we were a group of 4 families with 7 kids!) It was madness, honestly, because with 7 kids (all under 5), things can get messy. He was very gentle with our children, friendly and relaxed with all of us. A travel partner like Naaz's Ketan made the route feel safe and comfortable. Definitely going to choose Naaz over and over again for all of our future trips to Gujarat.
