N.I.A Towing

Extremely fast and reliable services, got my car out of a jam extremely quickly. Car was stuck on a slope with ice covered roads, and after a different company never showed up, N.I.A came within two hours and charged less than the other company. Saved my life

Got my heavy body sprinter van towed. Was very very fair would always use them again, driver tried to be difficult with me about pricing, distance and timing. The driver was not very nice but the owner has so much integrity. Which the owner being respectable to me holds more weight than a driver with a bad attitude and bad professionalism. He was fair and noble. Already saved them in my phone as tow company. Plan to continue using them in the future.

Great service and answered quickly. Came under 25 mins. I would definitely refer and use this company again.

terrible company. The driver told me to wait 35 minutes yesterday at 6 on road 22, then I should leave the keys in the car. The car was finally delivered home at 9 pm. The journey to my house takes 15-20 minutes. When I picked up the car, the steering wheel was dirty and the entire interior was dirty. the driver does not take off his gloves, and the interior then requires dry cleaning. this is one of the most terrible experiences. good thing - the car was delivered

Quoted $165 over the phone then $175 cash in person, maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part. Late pickup when scheduled 2 days early, Stopped to get gas on a 15 mile tow, then the gas station attendant had to run out and stop him from leaving until he handed over some more money it looked like. I don't know the details, was just annoyed already running late. I asked for a receipt when I handed over the extra $10 he wanted and he just drove on off, saying something about a text as he rolled up his windows. EDIT- The driver disputes some of this, I didn't hear him say he would send me a receipt when he got back to his office (as he drove off) apparently he can call and text me since this review, still no reciept. He says the gas station attendant was giving him back his credit card, I was behind him the whole time, and it seemed like he paid cash, and I saw no credit card. My car service appointment was at 7:45, I hoped to be there even earlier as I scheduled at 7am tow. We were at the busy dealership by 7:55.
