N&A Towing

If you ever need to tow anything don't waist your time and money. These guys are definitely top shelf. Not only did they handle my old beater car like a brand new Lamborghini they stayed in contact with me and kept me posted on everything. Fortunately I found these guys. Most tow truck companies get into the vehicle with dirty hands and load it on a greasy dirty tow truck Not these guys. You'll see Thank you guys very much.

After getting into an accident I called my insurance and they dispatched N&A Towing. After an hour N&A Towing accepted the tow and told me 90 minutes. After 2 hours they told me 45 minutes. After those 45 minutes the stopped answering any of my calls and didn’t answer the dispatchers calls either. I’d avoid this company in case of emergencies or in general.

Will leave you stranded. Utilized their services through Urgent.ly around 730pm. Was given an initial arrival time of 830, was then pushed to 858pm. Tried to contact the driver numerous times (though the number provided, through Urgent.ly, and through an Urgent.ly agent) and never responded. I guess unless you're paying straight out of pocket, this company does not care to leave you stranded.

I needed to have my car towed to an independent mechanic. Mohammed immediately responded to the call from my insurance company. He was at my home within 15 minutes and made the transition a very smooth one. More importantly, he was polite, courteous, professional, and patient. He deserves a 5 star rating.

I really wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me today—he was truly an angel. My apartment had my broken-down car towed due to a misunderstanding, and while I understand how the mix-up happened, it quickly turned into a nightmare. The impound lot staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and actually hung up on me multiple times when I asked simple, reasonable questions. My leasing office was no help at all. Thankfully, I called N&A Towing, and they were nothing short of amazing. They were patient, kind, and walked me through everything step by step. When I realized I didn’t have my card on me, they even gave me the cash to pay the impound fee. I was overwhelmed and stressed, and they truly went above and beyond. If you ever need a tow, I can’t recommend N&A Towing enough—they will absolutely take care of you.

Called several places to try and get a tow early Sunday morning before a snow storm, and this was the fourth place I tried. They picked up the phone immediately and were very attentive and clear about locations and a pickup time. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Very knowledgeable about mechanics in the area and was helpful and quick to deliver the car where I needed it to go. Offered to let me ride in the tow truck with my car (was not needed though). Professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Bent my front bumper of my car. extremely angry and disappointed in this company. I will be calling to get my money for what he did. Horrible cae was taken to ensure my car was handled properly. Barely spoke to us didn't even acknowledge us either...

Fahad was wonderful to work with. He communicated really well and went above and beyond to get my car where it needed to be serviced, despite facing a challenge.

I requested a tow through my insurance company and within minutes had confirmation and updates from N&A Towing, then a phone call from Sam, the driver, when he was close. Sam showed up, was extremely professional, loaded up the car and headed out. The whole transaction happened in less than 2 hours. Would definitely use N&A Towing again. Requested tow Service from N&A Towing around 10pm 3/17/24. Fahad was able to come out within minutes when no other tow company in the area would come out to the area at that time. pickup of the car was efficient and he handled with care as my car sat very low to the ground and had just taken on fire damage. I highly recommend N&A towing for dependable and reputable service.
