Very disappointed with this place. They kept my money without a clear explanation and handled everything unprofessionally. There was no transparency and the way they treated customers is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this shop to anyone.
REPLY : Last month, my dad also came to your shop with the exact same issue — the phone was lagging and couldn’t turn on or off. The lady fixed it in 5 minutes and only charged him $10. That’s why he recommended your shop to me. I couldn’t come myself yesterday, so I sent my brother.
But the guy in the shop acted like we knew nothing. He told us to “change the screen and protector,” yet when we got the phone back, the exact same scratch was still there. Clearly, nothing was replaced.
When I asked why he changed our screen without permission, he had no explanation — because he knew he was in the wrong.
I then asked for the old screen back. He lied and said it was “in the warehouse.” Obviously, he couldn’t give it to us because he never changed anything in the first place.
And if he did everything correctly, why did he refund us immediately? Because he knew he got caught and couldn’t keep lying.
This kind of dishonesty is completely unacceptable in Australia. LYING and taking money from customers is not only unethical — it’s disgusting. We trusted your shop, and this experience showed us the opposite.
I will NEVER delete this review, because I don’t want other people to be lied to or have their money taken the way we did. You’re the ones who should be honest with your customers, not deceiving them.
