Excellent customer service. Highly recommend you look for Hui Min. She replies quick and even answers queries after work hour on weekend. Very professional and she recommends solutions that catered to my needs. Have been looking around for adjustable desk and I found Mydesk product reasonably priced compared to other shops. I bought a 160x80 adjustable desk for less than $1000. Love the fact that I can customize the desk size and cable managment holes placement… along with choosing from wide selection of table color. The table comes with free delivery and installation. There was a small hiccup that a small defect to the edge of the table was found on delivery but Mydesk rectified the problem in couple of days. Couldn’t be happier with the product.

I bought the MINI-UP electronic standing desk from MyDesk in Jan, 2025. My need is to have a small standing desk that could fit into a corner of my dining room. As I searched online I chanced upon MyDesk's offerings and made appointment to see the tables in person in June, 2024. Huimin served me and showed me possible solutions to meet my needs. Even though there were quite a few customers, Huimin tried her best to answer my questions. After the appointment, I kept in touch with Huimin as I was deciding the customisations. Huimin was very patient, resourceful and professional. She gave useful advice throughout the process. In the end I decided to get a white marble laminated top MINI-UP with some customisations. Today I'm very excited to receive my desk just before CNY. The installation was punctual and fast. Thank you MyDesk and Huimin!

Very satisfied buy, product-wise and service. During pre-sales (before buying), Hui Ming is very attentive and listen patiently to my requirements, advising with proper knowledge to prevent unsatisfactory setup. Delivery is prompt without delay, and installer is also patient and flexible in helping me to setup my big monitor onto the table arm. Overall, beyond satisfaction. 👍

The adjustable table allows us to adjust the height of the table to suit the height of our child who is growing taller so that she can sit upright without having to hunch her back. What I like about MyDesk is that it allows customization of the table. Opted for 180cm so that my child and I can use the table at the same time. That really helps as I can keep an eye on my child while I work and whenever she needs my help, I can just turn to my side to coach her. On top of that, the service provided by the sales team and the delivery team was really of high quality. The sale person was very patient as she explained the different models. Most important of all, she was not pushy and gave her frank opinion. For the delivery guys, they were very skillful and friendly.

This is a dream shop, I've been so delighted at their service both times I've purchased from them. For this price range, the quality is pretty decent. The height adjustable L-shape desk is very useful for space management. The ergo mesh chair is an old purchase, but it's essential in the humidity of Singapore. The lady at the shop knows her stuff, and helps with whatever customization is necessary. I'd recommend MyDesk whole heartedly!

The desk is sturdy with nice craftsmanship. The top is plywood and looks strong. Went to the showroom and within 2 days I got the desk delivered to my house and they assembled it free of charge. The sellers are really nice and friendly too, they explained the differences of the types of the desk and office chairs. The price of the desk and the other furniture sold by this company are pretty reasonable with good quality. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for work from home set up or even office set up.

The lady in the shop was knowledgeable on their various model of tables and chairs. She patiently explained and recommended based on my two teenage sons’ likes and needs. Buying process was enjoyable and smooth. The two gentlemen who delivered and installed were professional too. They shared with my sons what not to do and how to adjust the tables and chairs. My sons like using the tables and chairs. Highly recommend this shop.
