The ambience is really beautiful and calming. The moment I stepped in, the staff were very welcoming, so I didn’t feel awkward at all. From the Malay to Chinese therapists, everyone was very friendly and professional 👍 I met Dr. Choo today. At first, I was a bit nervous since he’s a male Chinese doctor, but surprisingly he was very nice, attentive, and gave me clear advice and solutions without any hard selling. He really let me decide on my own. My therapist, Mimi, who did my treatment, I absolutely loved it! The extraction was satisfying, the massage was great, and everything from the silk peel to the yellow laser and mask felt amazing. Totally a good experience!

The service has been excellent from F, who assisted me during my visits, to the customer service team on WhatsApp who are always responsive and helpful. This isn’t my first visit, and every time the support has been consistently wonderful. The facial massage by F was amazing and relaxing.
