I recently visited myClinic KB and I’m genuinely impressed with the entire experience. I recently had both Silk Peel and Yellow Laser treatment. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. All staffs were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They explained each step of the procedures clearly, making sure I understood what to expect and felt at ease throughout especially - Dr, Angel & Emily. Their expertise and gentle approach made the treatment both effective and relaxing. I highly recommend myClinic to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. I’ll definitely be returning!

Good experience from receptionist, consultation and treatment. Treatment was comfortable and relaxing especially the extraction, quite painful but bearable. Refreshing and my skin feels/looks clear after the treatments. Thank you for the great experience!

I did the Silk Peel and Yellow Laser. The doctor and staff were very kind and welcoming at the beginning. During the Silk Peel, the extraction was extremely painful—honestly 10/10. My skin is acne-prone and I still had active pimples, so I was quite surprised they extracted those areas aggressively. Even the pimples without a head were squeezed until they bled. I just followed along because I trusted that they knew what was best for my skin. The next day, my skin broke out badly. My whole face was filled with small pus bumps, and the pain lasted until day three. I’ve done many treatments before and have never experienced a breakout this severe. They said it was purging, but now I’m left dealing with the dryness, the marks, and the recovery from this breakout. It really didn’t feel worth the money. Even after taking the medication given, my skin still need a time to recover . If I had known, I wouldn’t have come. Honestly quite sad. Thinking of repeating the treatment also makes me hesitate now. Sorry.

I had such a great experience here. All the staffs are very proffesional especially Angel Poh. Took a few packages here and my skin turn out amazing. I also live their skin care product and face mask sheet. Surely will repeat again and again. The best aesthetic clinic!!!
