I had a SilkPeel facial on Saturday, 2 November 2024 at 10:00 AM. I don't know the name of the beautician who did the facial to me, but she was very kind and did her job well. She didn’t rush during the extraction and explained everything as we went along, detailing each step .. like she will put mask, she will start to do silkpeel. She also respect hijabis like me where she give me time to prepare when I needed to take off and wear my hijab. I love the environment; it’s very calm, and all the staff are kind. When I stepped in the clinic they will greet all the customers. Here, they will not force you to drop any good google review like the other clinic to get discount. Where its kinda good because the customer will give honest review based on thier experiences. Definitely I will come again! -Aina

If I could give MyClinic Sutera a 10/10, I absolutely would. The service was fantastic, largely thanks to the lovely beautician, Ms. Lennon, who expertly handled my silk peel and yellow laser treatment. The extraction was surprisingly painless, and she did a remarkable job clearing up my tiny bumps and pimples. Ms. Lennon also went the extra mile by offering a phone charger for my mom when her battery ran out from waiting for my treatment to end, and she even let us use the waiting room to pray when the treatment ran late. Honestly, if that’s not exceptional service, I don’t know what is. MyClinic Sutera is fortunate to have Ms. Lennon on their team—her thoughtfulness, skill, and exceptional customer service is truly an asset to the team. Can’t wait to do my next treatment with Ms Lennon :)

When the first time I came here , I had a lot of tiny bumps so they were advised me to go for facial treatment first which has four sessions. The price is really so affordable and they had the promotion as well . After my third session I really had a lot of improvement and was really surprised with the change . Will do more with treatment at My clinics . Especially thanks for Joey , hannah and sha for helping me with this treatment with full of love and care.

Everything went so smooth, from the consultation by Dr Woon, to the facial done by their beauty consultant Ms.Hannah. Almost a year doing the treatment with them, I never face any difficulties with their services. Overall super satisfied.

I've been using skincare products suggested by the doctor during consultation, also I've done 3 sessions of facial+laser combo here so far and I can see great improvement of my skin compared to from before the treatments. Great service by friendly staffs and especially Ms. Gina who served me personally. Treatment is comfortable and relaxing and I also love the cozy atmosphere.
