Good experiences but as customer you should understand well what you are commited to. Should fully understand all the good and bad for you ,do not simply agree to whatever the beautician suggest,of course they will try their best to sell their product. Ask,question them. Good treatment here. Staff wise,some of them were good and some do the treatment in a harsh way. Need to improve on the toilet cleanliness and practicallity as well

I have been with MyClinic since 2024, starting from a time when my skin was not in best condition. Over time, my skin has improved significantly and I am now on maintenance treatments. I am also very pleased with the skin booster Juvelook and Potenza Treatment by Dr. Woon. Her consultation approach is thorough and informative, as she clearly explains skin conditions, treatment options, and shares valuable knowledge that helps patients make informed decisions. Thanks to Shida too. Facial sessions with Shida have been consistently professional, she’s so gentle with visible improvements to my skin. Overall, MyClinic provides a very satisfying experience and I would highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were very professional and friendly, and the doctor explained my acne treatment clearly. I did Silk Peel facial and Yellow Laser, and everything was handled carefully. My skin feels cleaner and less oily. Highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a year now, and their service has always been 5 ⭐️. Everyone is super friendly, from the front desk to the beauticians and doctors. They really make you feel taken care of and will always greet you warmly the moment you walk in, which honestly isn’t that common in other aesthetic clinics I’ve been to — it really makes a difference and sets the tone for the whole experience. Yesterday I did facial and skin boosters. Since my pain tolerance is quite low, they sedated me before the skin boosters. After the treatment, I was still feeling quite dizzy when I woke up, but Puteri was so sweet ❤️. Even though it was already past their working hours, she gave me some biscuits and made me a cup of hot chocolate to help me feel better before going home. Eve, who did my facial, also kept checking on me and looked genuinely worried. What really touched me was what she did after the treatment 🥹. She went the extra mile and gave me her personal number just in case anything happened on my way home (I took Grab), and she even took down the driver’s details in her phone just to be safe. It’s not easy to find a clinic that’s not only professional but also this thoughtful. Really thankful for the whole team — highly recommend! 💛
