I requested towing of my car to mechanic shop and had a great experience from inception , from the phone call, to quick arrival, courteous service and delivery. I had the opportunity to meet the tow truck driver, Chris. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. I'm truly grateful for the timely and effective help provided by My Way Towing. My car broke down due to a flat tire on Monday night around 7:30pm. Despite immediately contacting the towing company partnered with the dealership through the car's satellite phone, no one showed up after waiting for 2 hours. I decisively called a third-party towing service, and given the late hour (9:30 PM), My Way Towing, which was the only one open and nearby, was my only option. They arrived to assist me in less than 20 minutes after my call. Considering the dealership was closed by then, I paid a $35 overnight storage fee to have my car stored at their facility. We had initially agreed to transport my car to the dealership early the next day, but due to heavy snow, they offered to store my vehicle at no extra charge until the weather cleared up enough for safe transport to the dealership. Throughout this process, I found their service highly efficient and communication smooth. As a driver, I wouldn’t wish a breakdown on anyone, but if you unfortunately break down near Jersey City, I would recommend reaching out to them. Their 24-hour availability is also a crucial point to note. Today is Friday, and my car has been successfully repaired. Once again, thank you for your timely help when I was in trouble.
