I was in the process of researching all sorts of Mobile Services for other plans and I ran across My Tire Guys by accident. Unfortunately at this present time I have been recuperating from Back Surgery and needed a couple of tires mounted & balanced. Even though I have been in the Automotive Repair industry for well over 50 years; I felt helpless not being able to lift anything or perform any sort of repairs on my cars, until I saw My Tire Guys. I said to myself, "HOW CONVENIENT". It may be a couple of extra dollars even though I had the luxury of purchasing all Automotive parts & accessories at wholesale. In the long run, it would be worth it since winter is approaching and the car had to stored away. I called & spoke to Jimmy who was very professional & obliging, I made the appointment for Friday 10/03/2025. Two gentlemen showed up even ahead of time!!" First good sign". A large Cube style van showed up fully equipped. I met Josh & Keith, "The Dynamic Duo", very pleasant and very professional treating me with respect throughout the entire process from start to finish. Keep in mind that I happen to be an extremely meticulous individual to the point of being neurotic!! Josh & Keith went to the work immediately, performed the task at hand very professionally as if they have been doing it for a lifetime. I was impressed & content that I had made the proper decision. Mytireguys got me out of a pinch (pun intended) after I discovered a pothole had damaged my tire and left a bulging sidewall. When I called in, Jake worked with me to set up an appointment quickly even though the specific tire I needed was not in stock and had to be ordered. Julio arrived and was professional, fast and took great care of my Audi S5. He checked and inflated the rest of my tires and made sure everything was ready to go. I'll definitely be using them again, and bonus points for being my neighbors as a local business here in Needham :)

Best service I’ve used in a while! Competitive price on the tires, too. With the local tire places, you have the choice of asking somebody to drive you back-and-forth or wait in the waiting room for who knows how long, smelling a million tires. No thanks! These guys come to your house (with your new tires which were sent directly to them). 40 minutes later your tires are on and they’re out of there. How cool is that? Well worth giving these guys a try!

Jake has built a fantastic service. This is hands down the best way to get your tires changed. The folks that show up are professional and respectful. This beats sitting in a tire warehouse waiting room sniffing rubber and waiting for 3 hours for your tires to get replaced. Pricewise, they are in line with most garages, and can be more competitive in some cases.

Wow! Reached out to them at 10AM and they were out to my office by 1PM. Jake and Raphael were terrific! New tire balanced and replaced very quickly while I was able to continue working at my desk. Pricing was very competitive...yes, I checked. Highly recommend!

My Tire guys continue to to provide great service in transferring my summer and winter tires based on the season on my Lexus Really like the fact that they’re professional, courteous, on time and always provide topnotch service. Can’t express how fortunate I was to find this company. My wife caught a sudden flat an hour away from the house, I called and Jimmy answered, they came same day, replaced her tire correctly, and done blink of an eye. Smooth, affordable, and everything they do is with integrity. No one else will be touching our tires.

Outstanding in every way. My appointment was set for the first day after my tires arrived, everyone throughout was friendly and helpful, and the tech who installed my tires was amazing, particularly given that it was a remote install and he was dealing with extremely cold temperatures. Totally satisfied and could not offer a higher recommendation.

This week I booked through Jimmy tire rotation and wheel balancing on my Toyota Tundra. Josh showed up on time and walked me through the service he was going to perform. Once the job was completed he urged me to take the Tundra out for a ride and immediately I felt the difference and smooth handling.
