My Tire Guys - Premier Mobile Tire Shop

I was in the process of researching all sorts of Mobile Services for other plans and I ran across My Tire Guys by accident. Unfortunately at this present time I have been recuperating from Back Surgery and needed a couple of tires mounted & balanced. Even though I have been in the Automotive Repair industry for well over 50 years; I felt helpless not being able to lift anything or perform any sort of repairs on my cars, until I saw My Tire Guys. I said to myself, "HOW CONVENIENT". It may be a couple of extra dollars even though I had the luxury of purchasing all Automotive parts & accessories at wholesale. In the long run, it would be worth it since winter is approaching and the car had to stored away. I called & spoke to Jimmy who was very professional & obliging, I made the appointment for Friday 10/03/2025. Two gentlemen showed up even ahead of time!!" First good sign". A large Cube style van showed up fully equipped. I met Josh & Keith, "The Dynamic Duo", very pleasant and very professional treating me with respect throughout the entire process from start to finish. Keep in mind that I happen to be an extremely meticulous individual to the point of being neurotic!! Josh & Keith went to the work immediately, performed the task at hand very professionally as if they have been doing it for a lifetime. I was impressed & content that I had made the proper decision. This job was well orchestrated from start with Jimmy to finish with Josh & Keith. Well done guys. I will recommend My Tire Guys to all without hesitation. Keep up the EXCELLENCE! Anthony. Mytireguys got me out of a pinch (pun intended) after I discovered a pothole had damaged my tire and left a bulging sidewall. When I called in, Jake worked with me to set up an appointment quickly even though the specific tire I needed was not in stock and had to be ordered. Julio arrived and was professional, fast and took great care of my Audi S5. He checked and inflated the rest of my tires and made sure everything was ready to go. I'll definitely be using them again, and bonus points for being my neighbors as a local business here in Needham :)

I had two tires replaced today by My Tire Guys and couldn’t be happier with the service. Josh, the technician, arrived right on time—which was especially important since I had to fit this in during work. He was courteous, explained the process clearly, and finished the job quickly and efficiently. What really impressed me was the extra touch—he even put away some tools I had left out in the garage. This is a small, local business that truly takes pride in their work. If you ever need your tires replaced, I highly encourage you to check them out—you won’t be disappointed!

Great end-to-end experience. Jimmy offered me multiple appointment times that accommodated my busy schedule. On the day of my appointment, Keith and Julio were prompt and efficient; they swapped out the tires on my Porsche Macan in about 45 minutes while I worked in my home office. My Tire Guys will be my first choice for tire services going forward. Competitively priced and convenient, without the hassle of waiting in line at a brick-and-mortar shop.

The My Tire Guys are great! One of my tires were constantly leaking and I asked them for help. Instead of getting a new tire, Josh found a nail stuck in the tire and got it fixed --- that saved at least 300 bucks! They are very fast on replying to emails and good at communication. Very pleasant experience!

I have used My Tire Guys for both tire storage and new purchases, and I highly recommend them. Their team is responsive and easy to work with when handling my seasonal tire swaps. I've also purchased two sets of tires and a set of wheels from them and found the pricing to be reasonable.

These folks were great! I had a blowout on the highway and had to then be out of town. Jake and Jimmy were very kind and really worked with me to handle things from out of town. I was so impressed I decided to have them replace all four tires. They came to where my car was (stranded) and very quickly had the tires on at a very reasonable cost in the amount quoted. Will certainly refer people and use them again myself!

We have used MTG since we moved into the area, roughly four years. The original crew that would do our seasonal tire swap was amazing! No issues and never stripped the studs. 5/5 service, every time. Starting this winter, we had the tech report that the studs were stripped and couldn’t complete the swap. Understanding that accidents happen (to multiple wheels at the same time) we took the car to the dealership and paid for the repair. After talking with the owner, I agreed for MTG to pay for the repair with a free tire swap in the summer and I paid for the prior incomplete swap for their time. When having MTG return to do the complimentary swap, the tech stripped the studs again, requiring us to go to the dealership again to repair and finish the tire swap there. The owner blamed the stripping issue on the car type, but didn’t offer to help compensate the bill every time we had to bring it in for repairs. The second time this occurred, there was no phone call or email to apologize for the situation. Over $500 and a gigantic waste of time, I’m effectively done with MTG. Two stars because they were a great, convenient service that I sent a lot of customers their way but now a service I will never use again.

Awesome service. Jimmy was a great help with quick and clear communication. Good prices and the techs Josh & Ralph were very friendly and even spared the time to chat it up with me as they worked. They showed genuine interest in cars and gave me a sense of security knowing they cared more than just completing the task at hand. Would highly recommend to anyone especially since its harder to get appointment at most places and additionally you have to either drop your car off or stick around for hours waiting for them to get to your vehicle.

Had a great experience end-to-end with Jimmy, Jake and their team. They were super responsive, very transparent on pricing and process, and most importantly were meticulous in doing the repair, taking very good care. I really appreciated the fact they could come to our house and I could see their activity.
