I would like to clarify a few important points:
• Regarding the red patches on my dog’s skin, the pictures you referred to do not show the same area I had originally shared with your team. The concern I raised was related to a different, specific area that showed clear irritation after his stay.
• I have a documented response from a staff member at your facility confirming that the center was understaffed at the time of my arrival.
• You mentioned that one of the dogs staying at the facility was a rescue dog. In my opinion, this should be an even stronger reason to maintain extra cleanliness and close supervision, especially in shared spaces, to avoid incidents like dogs eating feces or unsupervised waste.
• I was never offered access to any CCTV during my dog’s stay.
My intention with this review has always been to share an honest account of my personal experience. I believe that transparency and accountability are essential in facilities that care for animals
This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any pet boarding facility. It’s the second time I’ve noticed a complete lack of supervision over the dogs. On my visit, I saw a dog poop in the area, and another dog ate it all while no one was watching or cleaning up the mess ( this is the second time I saw a dog pooped and no one cleaning after him)
When I picked up my dog, he smelled terrible and was extremely thirsty, he drank nearly a liter and a half of water as soon as we got home, which is very unusual for him. It was obvious he hadn’t been properly hydrated during his stay.
Even worse, His private area was covered in a sticky yellow discharge, clearly not cleaned. I also found multiple red patches on his skin, which is very concerning.
This level of neglect is unacceptable. I’m truly disappointed and will not be returning to this place.
