Visited My ploto with my pet Tequila for grooming !!! Love the staff and service Very professional, kind and good at what they are doing ! Staff took us around to show the place. Well maintained and clean. Will definitely be back - tequila looked great after the session! Shout out to the groomer as well:)

I visited your facility a few days ago and was very satisfied. Your hotel is excellent, and the care you provide for pets is the best in Dubai. I confidently give this hotel 5 stars because I was truly impressed with how well you looked after my doggy while I was away. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We left our dog Milo at Ploto for 10 months while preparing his travel to the US, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. The team was incredibly supportive—always available on chat, sending updates, and helping with all vet visits and documents. They truly treated him like family. We’re so grateful and highly recommend Ploto to anyone looking for a safe, loving place for their pet!

We have been staying at this place since 2023 as for boarding. Everything was perfect until our last visit. My dog was BITTEN BY OTHER DOG IN SEVERAL PLACES. Nobody saw how it’s happen, even tho he has white fur, which makes it obvious to see the blood… so nobody given him first aid. Nobody was looking after him, nobody take him to hospital for a check up after accident, nobody told me about this situation, nobody was there to take care when he was in pain… They just decide to hide and be silent… ( when I told about this situation to the owner he offered to pay the hospital which THEY SELECTED. Would sound nice and cute until : “How could I trust this people anymore?”). I trusted them my baby and when he was injured nobody was there for him to help… Today is already 1 week since I pick him up and my DOG IS STILL IN PAIN!!! Doctor prescribe us a cream for a FUNGUS INFECTION!!!

Been going to My Ploto for my dogs’ grooming and we always leave impressed. Groomer is great in achieving the cut that we request, staff are very accomodating, friendly & welcoming, facility is clean too. 10/10 would recommend to friends!

Our dog stayed with them and I believed she’s being taken cared of nicely. Heba is nicely sweet and approachable, all ears to what we’re saying. And of course thank you to the dog handlers. All we want is for Kara to socialize, safe and being treated well.

Exceptional care and a true home-away-from-home for pets! My Ploto Pets Boarding and Day Care is an outstanding facility that truly puts animals first. The staff are not only professional and well-trained, but also incredibly kind and attentive. You can tell they genuinely love what they do.

First off, it was a really nice place for cats and dogs. The cat room has polite, calming music to relax cats from the sound outside. The caretaker was very nice and sent us videos daily. Would recommend.

I would like to clarify a few important points: • Regarding the red patches on my dog’s skin, the pictures you referred to do not show the same area I had originally shared with your team. The concern I raised was related to a different, specific area that showed clear irritation after his stay. • I have a documented response from a staff member at your facility confirming that the center was understaffed at the time of my arrival. • You mentioned that one of the dogs staying at the facility was a rescue dog. In my opinion, this should be an even stronger reason to maintain extra cleanliness and close supervision, especially in shared spaces, to avoid incidents like dogs eating feces or unsupervised waste. • I was never offered access to any CCTV during my dog’s stay. My intention with this review has always been to share an honest account of my personal experience. I believe that transparency and accountability are essential in facilities that care for animals This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any pet boarding facility. It’s the second time I’ve noticed a complete lack of supervision over the dogs. On my visit, I saw a dog poop in the area, and another dog ate it all while no one was watching or cleaning up the mess ( this is the second time I saw a dog pooped and no one cleaning after him) When I picked up my dog, he smelled terrible and was extremely thirsty, he drank nearly a liter and a half of water as soon as we got home, which is very unusual for him. It was obvious he hadn’t been properly hydrated during his stay. Even worse, His private area was covered in a sticky yellow discharge, clearly not cleaned. I also found multiple red patches on his skin, which is very concerning. This level of neglect is unacceptable. I’m truly disappointed and will not be returning to this place.
