Easily one of the best property management companies in the Clarksville area! Ben Stanley is one of the most knowledgeable individuals when it comes to real estate in the Clarksville/Nashville area. He is reliable, has great communication, trustworthy, and goes out of his way to make sure his clients and tenants are taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

I saw a couple of bad reviews so just thought I’d offset that a little bit even though I’m still with them. This rental company has been amazing. They maintenance my property responsibly and aren’t pushy at all. They send freeze reminders which is incredibly helpful for me since I moved here from a no-snow state. The office people are incredibly kind and easy to talk to. The application process also went smoothly and they were willing to work with me to figure everything out. I am going into my second year with them now and renewing my lease for another year was super simple. I would be willing to bet the bad reviews are from people who 1. Don’t pay their rent 2. Are fine with trashing other people’s properties 3. Are extremely picky and complain about everything or 4. Are lying. I hope this company doesn’t change anything because it has truly been a great experience and I will definitely stay with this company for as long as I need to.
