I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward Jupiter. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure Jupiter was comfortable the entire visit. You can truly tell they love animals and treat them like family. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I left feeling confident that Jupiter is always in the best hands. In addition thank you to the Nurse Douglas who was absolutely wonderful with Jupiter he was kind, gentle, and very attentive with Jupiter. Truly appreciate his professionalism and compassion. When I walked into this clinic, I was terrified and afraid that I was about to lose my dog — my family, my comfort, my constant companion. I was completely broken. From the very first moment, this incredible team stepped in with urgency, compassion, and love. They didn’t just treat a patient — they fought for my dog’s life. Every action they took, every explanation they gave, and every bit of reassurance mattered more than they will ever know. The veterinarians were not only highly skilled, but deeply human. They spoke to me with honesty, empathy, and hope when I needed it most. The staff treated my dog as if he were their own, with gentleness and care that brought me to tears. Because of them, my dog is still here. I still get to hear his paws on the floor, feel his warmth beside me, and look into the eyes that mean the world to me. That is a gift beyond words. Let’s begin with the professional quick service, the staff here carries a sense of urgency and care unlike any other clinic I’ve visited. The owner ensures customers are satisfied and provides his own phone number for any concerns, the VET! 10/10 this guy takes his time getting to know the pets history, concerns and explains his approach in detail. I cannot be more thankful and happy with my experience here. Drove 25 minutes and will gladly return. Side note- the customers restrooms needs attention.

I found this excellent place on a desperate Sunday morning when my 9 year old dog Luli, was in excrutiating pain from a pyometra episode, and I am so very happy and grateful I did; hence this review, because I would like for other pet owners to know where to go when they need help with their pets. I went in crying with my dog, 20 min later they had ran tests and xray on her, and 7 hours later I had my Luli back home with me out of danger after she underwent surgery. The place is terrific and very clean, the staff is simply very humane and professional from Tiffany at the front desk, to Hector, to Dr. Alvarez who was the surgeon, and his great assistant, they are all a magnificent caring team. I have nothing but good references and appreciation about the care we received. They also help you with finance options in case you need it. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL.

I want to express my gratitude to all the staff of My Pet Clinic. The staff was amazing and very professional but I have to say their front desk secretary is AMAZING. I had a concern about my bill and Alexa was so professional, attentive and kind it was really impressive. Alexa is the kind of employee that every employer should have. The way she handled my concern was great. I spoke to her on the phone but I hope to meet her in person to thank her for professionalism. Thank you to the whole staff for helping Mia.

Was out of town when our dog got bit or stung by something. It was very close to closing time for this emergency vet. They were very caring and were not annoyed in the least that we were there at closing time. The faculty is extremely clean and welcoming. William the vet tech was fantastic!! Dr. Falco was very caring and soothing to our dog. The front desk staff was also very nice. I am so thankful to have found My Pet Hospital so close to our hotel. I definitely recommend them for your pet's needs!!!!

Douglas helped with my poodle's teeth extractions. He's feeling better already.

I have to praise the staff here. Today I had to make one of the biggest and hardest decisions in my life and put my 12 yr old dog to sleep. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and so was the staff. The empathy and thoroughness they gave me was unbelievable. They made a very hard decision a little more bearable. I was distraught and they gave me time, they gave me empathy, they gave me options. I could not have asked for a better team. I would definitely go to them in the future if I ever get another dog. I am definitely satisfied with their service and recommend them to everyone. My Samson is now in pet heaven having the time of his life and no longer in pain. He was an amazing dog and loved me oh so very much as much as I loved him. My heart is broken but they helped me get through my toughest moments. Thank you!

Took our kitten in for an emergency and didn’t have to wait at all. The team took great care of him — so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!
