I am so grateful that an ad for Karolin randomly popped up in my Instagram feed a few weeks ago. I have been trying to lose my 30lbs menopausal weight gain for 5 years with no lasting success. My doctors were not helpful, at all. I decided to give a Dietitian a try. Karolin took the time to review my entire lifestyle, including (of course) my eating habits. She made just a few small, simple changes to my daily diet and the weight is falling off!!!! I'm not starving. I'm eating real food that I enjoy. Nothing is "off limits." There are no "bad foods." Karolin's highly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and encouraging. As an added bonus, my insurance covers everything. If you're struggling with your weight, and all the current advice/wisdom is failing you, it's time to call Karolin

Karolin is awesome! My doctor has recommended a Mediterranean diet. However, I am a frequent kidney stone producer & many items associated with the Mediterranean diet lead to the formation of kidney stones. Karolin took the time to create a daily diet that aligned with the Mediterranean concept while also limiting foods that would be harmful to my kidneys.

My experience with Karolin have been amazing, I have a learned so much about nutrition in a short period of time, she provides great guidance and helps you stay in track while making everything so easy to understand, I loss 10 pounds so far, very excited with the results so far. I met with Karolin several times because I found out I was prediabetic. My doctor told me to lose five pounds. Karolin was so helpful! She gave me many suggestions to make my diet better, and encouraged me to add regular strength training. I've been eating better, and have been doing strength training two or three times a week. I've lost over ten pounds, now have a normal BMI, and my A1C is now almost normal. I had tried to lose weight many times in the last few years without success. I credit Karolin for giving me the tools to make real change.

We loved working with Karolin! She met us where we were at when it came to trying to cook more and eat healthier with our very busy lives. She showed us some time-saving tricks and that there are always quick ways to still get in a balanced meal. She helped us come up with ways to help encourage our kiddos to eat better while also not demonizing dessert and other not-so-healthy foods. Thanks to Karolin we feel like we have a good foundation now to living a healthier lifestyle when it comes to food. Highly recommend working with her for nutrition advice, meal planning and general education around nutrition. <3

I have been working with Karolin for over two months and have lost 15 pounds! As a medical professional, I thought I knew most of the necessary diet-related information. However, I remained obese with a worsening relationship with food. Karolin provided excellent guidance, especially with overcoming my late-night sweet cravings, which was my biggest obstacle. She helped me identify where I was making mistakes in balancing my macronutrients and introduced me to high-protein options. Karolin also showed me how to incorporate these options into my meals, making it simple to stay on track even during busy workdays. She shared plenty of recipes, meal prep ideas, and shopping tips that made healthy eating easy and sustainable. My cravings have completely disappeared, and I no longer eat late at night because I now enjoy well-balanced, protein-rich meals throughout the day. I truly appreciate her help and will continue working with her.

Karolin was great, even when I was difficult. I lost about 30 pounds and feel great. Not only that, but My wife and I have maintained the results due to learning to eat better.

With Karolin’s guidance, I’ve lost 28lb! She helped me come up with a meal prep diet plan specifically for weight loss. And then when my focus changed to lowering my blood pressure, she explained to me how to effectively decrease hypertension with my diet. Karolin is great at customizing nutrition advice and recommendations to fit your needs, she doesn’t just give the general advice that you might read in a diet book

I have been working with Karolin since last November! Crazy to start a new program before the holidays but I'm glad I did! With Karolin's help and suggestions, I am down almost 70 pounds! My sugar levels are great and the healthy eating changes that I have implemented are doable and life altering! Thank you, Karolin for encouraging me and providing me with the information and knowledge to make the necessary changes that I needed!
