Phoned up for an emergency quote, guy said he’d take the job. Over an hour and a half later guy won’t answer the phone while my partner was stuck in the freezing cold. Terrible service would not use again. Extremely disappointed.

Fantastic service. He said he’d be 20 minutes and he was. The lock needed to be drilled and changed and Dragos did it all very quickly and charged me a very reasonable price. I’m a landlord with several properties and have used many different locksmiths down the years, I’ll only be using Dragos from now on.
