My Haven has been outstanding to work with to get into a rental home. We had a few tours prior to move in and Kristie has been the best. Communication, transparency, and efficiency has been top notch and she helped us get approved and moved in quickly! Their portal and information given has been very helpful. I am beyond pleased to be renting with them.

I originally went with My Haven because of the price/value relative to the other 3 property managers I interviewed. What I discovered is their customer service and turnkey process is seamless. My property had a water leak and they were on it in less than 2 hours. I have been very happy with how quick the responses have been. I highly recommend David and My Haven.
