I’m very pleased with My Haven’s services so far. They had a tenant moved in and settled into my property in less than 30 days from when I first reached out to them. David and Kristie have been extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. As an Active Duty member stationed out of state, I truly appreciated that they waived my onboarding fee. I spent a lot of time researching trustworthy property management companies, and My Haven has met/surpassed every expectation. I’m very happy I chose them, and I highly recommend their services—especially to my fellow AD members stationed outside of Colorado.

I originally went with My Haven because of the price/value relative to the other 3 property managers I interviewed. What I discovered is their customer service and turnkey process is seamless. My property had a water leak and they were on it in less than 2 hours. I have been very happy with how quick the responses have been. I highly recommend David and My Haven. I think if you’ll compare them to other property managers you’ll come to the same price/value conclusion.
