I’m very pleased with My Haven’s services so far. They had a tenant moved in and settled into my property in less than 30 days from when I first reached out to them. David and Kristie have been extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire process.
As an Active Duty member stationed out of state, I truly appreciated that they waived my onboarding fee. I spent a lot of time researching trustworthy property management companies, and My Haven has met/surpassed every expectation.
I’m very happy I chose them, and I highly recommend their services—especially to my fellow AD members stationed outside of Colorado.

I had a great experience renting through My Haven Property Management in Denver, specifically Kristie was so easy to work with. As a whole the company was responsive and professional. Communication was clear and timely. Overall, a smooth and stress-free renting experience. Would certainly recommend!
