My Grooms Room/Sartori Amici

I had the pleasure of being fitted for my first official suit purchase at Sartori Amici located in coral gables right on the infamous Miracle Mile. This location came highly recommended and for good reason. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. I did not have to wait long to be attended to and everyone was nice and professional. The owner Sebastian was present as well and gave me the royal treatment. He himself sized me and provided several options to choose from. He was transparent with pricing and was upfront with tailoring time frame. What I loved most about this location is that they give life time size refitting for all customers free as long as you give them a 3-week heads up in advance. Sebastian threw in a free bow tie for me at check out. If you have not yet experienced this establishment, I recommend you do. You will not be disappointed! Thank you to all the staff that took the time to make my experience enjoyable.!

I have never been treated so well at any place. Hands down the best spot in Miami to get your suit. Joseph provided excellent service and everyone else was very tentative. Even the owner was part of the process to expedite tailoring my suit. I loved the vibe of place. Honestly I can go on and on about so many things I liked. I will definitely be coming back to get more suits. Highly recommended !!

Sebastian, Juan, John, and their entire team are true professionals to work with. I ended up stopping in during my endless pursuit of finding a suit for my own wedding. Given that the big day was only 8-10 weeks away, I was blown away by their personable, consultative approach, attention to detail, and the end result given the deadline requirements. The suit and other dress clothes we created were truly sophisticated and timeless. I will be coming back for many years to come and can’t recommend them enough.

Brian helped me get a custom tux and two suits for my wedding. He took measurements, provided great customer service, was attentive and gave helpful advice with styling. Fashion is for everyone. A custom suit is a special moment and Sartori Amici did not disappoint. The attention to detail by Sebastian Garcia and his team is second to none. My husband and I went in for a blue suit - the fabric choices were endless. You truly could find whatever you want. The sizing was perfect and the little details are what make this suit special. Beautiful lining and his name inside the jacket for a unique touch.

I had a really great experience with My Grooms Room. I originally ordered my suit online, and unfortunately there was a mix-up with the sizing. The jacket and pants I received were too big on me. With a wedding just 3 days away, I was definitely starting to stress. I went into their Coral Gables store, and they immediately took care of me. They were able to provide me with a suit in the correct size on the spot, which was such a relief. Since I was coming all the way from Ft. Lauderdale, driving back again would have been a big inconvenience, but they went above and beyond by offering to hem my pants the same day, free of charge. Joseph and the owner, Sebastian, were incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding throughout the entire process. They really made sure I was taken care of and felt confident walking out of the store. I truly appreciated their service and willingness to make things right, especially on such a tight timeline. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for great customer service and a team that stands behind their products!
