Wow! I’m blown away about the professionalism of “My Favorite Service Company” I’m very familiar with the HVAC industry and I’ve never seen workmanship done as beautiful as these guys did on this new Bosch system. Noel the manager came to check in with the guys from to time and they all kept us updated on the process, which I greatly appreciated. Shout out to their amazing install crew, Gonzalo, Albert and Devon. They were kind, did excellent with their communication in keeping us informed, and very professional in general. Highly recommend “My Favorite Service Company”!

Another great service experience from My Favorite Service Company. Leon,the technician that came out today was knowledgeable and explained what he found clearly. He took care of the issue quickly and cleaned up. A+ for Leon. I trust this company. They have followed through on everything they promised since the installation of our 2 A/C systems last year. From customer service to the quality of their work product, A+. I can't think of another company that I could say that about. It is a well run small business. I will update on future experiences.

Alex AC tech did an awesome very good at explaining and very thorough with the annual inspection. The monthly protection plan is worth it. Very friendly and personal-able and trustworthy. He took his time and was proud of the good job that he did which is very important and unusual in this day and age. Thanks again Alex. Definitely my favorite Service Company.

Leon and Sean were great! They were very professional, informative, and honest. Sean even played catch with my son, who is very observant/chatty and wanted to watch and hang out with them outside. I really appreciated them being kind to him and letting him watch them while they worked and I cared for my 3 month old inside. They took their time to make sure they figured out the problem with my AC and stayed to make sure it started to cool off in my house before they took payment and left. I highly recommend this company!
