They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. The environment was clean, modern, and well organized, which made the experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and focus on quality care. I highly recommend My Dental Studio to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dental team.

Best family run dental practice in town. As a new mom they were so accommodating by booking me a Saturday appointment for my crown and worked quickly so I could get back home asap. They do a great job and I highly recommend the practice. Also, a convenient location with a very nice waiting room area.

Since l have started going to My Dental Studio, l have never been so impressed with the amazing staff! I have put off going to the dentist for so long because some places were just too judgmental about my teeth! After going to My Dental Studio, l felt so glad to finally have found the dentist l enjoy going to!! The staff is so friendly and never once judged me for the problems with my teeth! I had scheduled a teeth cleaning but was told I need to have an exam first and presented with all the options about my condition. They were polite and upfront about the extra costs. If you can afford their prices I would recommend them. However my budget does not. So Happy I went to Family Dental Care in Agawam! Dr Jacaprado is great! He cleaned my teeth and took care of my dental issues at a price I could afford!

I love my brand-new beautiful smile! Dr. Yousuf and his entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, professional and kind as I would expect. However, at the age of 67, it’s the first time I feel seen by a dentist as a whole person, not just a mouth with teeth. TMJ SLEEP WELLNESS CENTER’s approach is holistic and state-of-the-art, and my well-being and comfort are always the top priority. Dr. Yousuf takes the time to listen and to explain in language I can understand. His warmth, respect for patients, and love of what he does shine through in all he does. Dr. Yousuf recently repaired a cracked tooth but also addressed its root cause: TMJ. After wearing an occlusal splint (similar to a night guard), my TMJ resolved and my teeth are now properly aligned. As a result of this full-mouth rehabilitation, that cracked tooth--nor its neighbors--will likely ever crack again. I love the way my bite and teeth were adjusted gently over time, resulting in a smile that is not only beautiful but also healthy, strong and enduring. I highly recommend TMJ SLEEP WELLNESS CENTER which is unlike any practice regarding prioritizing emergency appointments, flexibility regarding payment and the genuinely caring approach of the entire staff. There is not enough that I can say about Dr. Yousuf and his amazing team. I have been working with their staff for a few months now and in that brief amount of time I have experienced more positivity, insight, expert skills and overall care than I have seen in any dentists in the last 20 years. After years of braces, misguided quotes on unnecessary procedures, and countless times of feeling undermined (I have a congenital disorder that results in the the non-existence of two upper canines--typically considered a cosmetic ordeal, although it hardly feels cosmetic when dealing with a partial fixture on a daily basis); Dr. Yousuf's entire team (even the staff I never directly worked with) have been honest, compassionate and incredibly understanding throughout and I now have the ability to walk away knowing their work is more permanent & thoughtful than what I have received in the past. I am grateful to have finally found an office that truly cares and doesn't make you feel belittled when approaching them with your concerns. I cannot recommend this office enough and I look forward to any future visits with them.

My fiancée is thrilled about this dental provider. The office is inviting, pristine, and welcoming with magazines, coffee and take home treats. The customer service is warm, accommodating, friendly and very thorough. The dentist is extremely knowledgeable, witty, kind, and a skilled craftsman when it comes to any dental issue! On a scale of 1 to 10, my fiancée rates it a 10 plus! I will become a patient of his in November!

As a single mother, I had to bring both of my children to my emergency dental appointment. Three different staff members took the time to entertain my kids while I was in the chair, truly going above and beyond. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, and care shown by the entire team.

Incredibly kind, thorough, and professional staff who are always willing to work with my schedule and insurance. They're also easily respectful of chosen name and pronouns from the start, which seems small but is a complete surprise as far as my overall healthcare experience (let alone dental care) - highly recommend!
